Purchase of new desktop computer

I needed a new computer because the old HP was only 3 years old. It was an all in one but it died too soon. I didn’t want another all in one because to get one that would do what we wanted would have too large a screen.we got on with a 21 inch screen The salesman said that this new one would do every thing the old one did and better.when we got home we found that the new one didn’t have a camera, microphone, or Speakers like the old one did.i feel like I got ripped off.
