I did not want to return computer,I asked about a printer HP4620

Good quality for the price. Great for online classes

This does most of what I want. The disk drive seems a little cheap. Some of my disks freeze in the middle of play.

Don't know yet, haven't sent it up yet. Check back in a couple of weeks, my wife should have her mind made up by then.

Easy to set up, not easy to use. Still trying to find my camera, must not have one. Need to better detail the specifications.

I purchased this unit on sale and it was a great value. The internal speakers do not work but that is okay because I use external speakers.

This could be better if programs could be removed permenantly from the unit. price was good... keyboard could be better...

There is a problem with the start button will have to bring it back for repairs.

Good product would buy again if needed they set it up for me were good to work with

This model has not worked out well for me. It seems to crash or lock up regularly. I will have to do a hard shut-down when this happens, which is often.

Sales Agent should have told me that this HP Pavilion needs more data to operate . I thought this computer with Windows 10 had everything I can use now it seems I need to purchase more info's to get it started. And I purchase Geek Squad Protection for my two brand new computers and still cant get anybody to call me back for help. Bad Plan buying protection with no help plan by phone, I scheduled Geek Squad call backs and CHAT rooms and nothing helps. My Bad for purchasing from Best Buy

Do not buy this computer. They decided to go cheapie, and it was a bad move. I think they made it from recycled 25 gallon containers. It growls and grumbles constantly. To shut it up I had to put a seat belt web around it and then shove big a stack of paper in on side and a two inch thick tablet in the other side. This is probably my 6th HP and it is for sure the last. I do not like 10 either, I pretty much hate that too.

I liked this computer that I had for a month, but it was flawed. I brought it to the Best Buy on the 24th February, for a number of minor issues and because the flash drive notification that it was safe to take out the drive, did not work. Harry fixed the minor issues, but then took the computer for further repairs. It is now the 28th and I have heard nothing. I am hoping for return by 5 days as was promised.

Not happy with the software. Was told it was adequate for what I previously had. But had to upgrade to 365 to get outlook. So basically waisted money. Also having difficulty getting all the files transferred from old to new computer. My outlook folders did not Copy to the new computer. I did get outstanding help from online geek squad. Just don’t have the files I need from my old outlook.

This is probably a good piece of equipment but I found it very difficult and confusing to work with.

We bought this computer and had to return it. Not a bad product but did fix our needs.

Just In pack the Box Power Noy Comes on I am Looking for another P C Power Switch no no .. So many Times Try .. I can see only small cooing gan Running Later some how Power Comes on Set all the information register thaen 1 Hours later auto shut down then Never Coming on ....
