Poor Computer

As per Best Buy geek squad these compters may have been on the floor for some time and where unable to receive the updates. Therefore I was unable to get to the desktop. The did repair it free of charge.

Multiple problems that are unsolvable, faulty freeze ups. Will not recommend this computer to anyone. JUNK in my opinion!

Died 2 months after warranty expired

The cost to repair was barely less than the cost of purchase. It was 2 months outside the warranty period and HP wouldn’t budge. Never buying HP again.
