But, it is working fine now (knock on wood). However the service was totally frustrating with the inability to enter the store I had to wait a long time to be helped. Carrying messages to the Geek Squad between employees who just were not well informed was doubly frustrating.

A great product at a very good price

It is more than powerful enough to run all of the programs that we use in the department of the church that it was installed. We are well pleased with our purchase and look forward to a worry free product that is meeting our needs.

Great HP Pavilion Desktop - works wonders

As a 76 year old female, I wanted a product that is accommodating to my style of usage for my monitor as well as my knowledge of the internet. Still getting use to it but at the same time loving it.

I saw it on sale and bought it, I fell in love with it and have used it daily since. I am going to do some basic streaming on a mobile game that I play, I may come and update it afterwards but so far pc has done everything expected and then some for me.
