Great program but I am not sure how it works or if I am even enrolled.

This has been the hardest thing to participate in. I'm still not convinced we are enrolled even though I've received email confirmation but have no emails letting me know anything has been shipped and we continue to run out of toner. I've spent hours on the phone to Primary Support (corporate) and hours inside Best Buy trying to help train employees about this program. I'm now blocking off a 2 hour window in my day to hopefully finish this process so I can 'move on' with my job! I'm anticipating it to be great once completed and hope this won't happen to others.

At first, it started off slow but end up to the latest 5 star action

Color is great. Looks much better and professional than regular cartridges.

Great service and worth it on the longer run. I recommend it to all.

Nice way to not have to worry about getting the right toner or running out!

This service never worked. I set it up and when my printer did get low on toner material, it did not auto process to get the toner ordered and shipped. Had to do it manually and still have too.
