The clarity and sharpness of this monitor is deplorable. The only good thing was it was the lowest price but I clearly got the worst quality w that low price.

Keeps freezing and it’s says my hdmi is inactive. I thought something was wrong with my computer because Itried everything but once I put my a different monitor everything was fine.

It sucks. Is height adjustment really that difficult to engineer? A few more inches would be nice but that’s what she said.

This experience on open box items id my 2nd and twice they have failed to verify the product to ensure all components are there and that IT ACTUALKLY WORKS!!!! Twice I've had to drive to the store 40 min each way and wait to be helped on a warranty replacements or exchange. It very embarrassing and disappointing that a top company as this has such poor quality assurance when it comes to certifying open box items.

I was super excited of this FHD monitor to setup my home office, but disappointed after I connected it. The colors looks bad. e.g. In my other Samsung monitor and laptop screen the desktop image shows blue but this monitor shows it in greenish blue. I used it for couple of days and it was too much pressure on my eyes as I look at both the monitors side by side pretty whole day when I work. I had to return this back.

New, and the dithering packed in after 24 hours, text still readable, photographs almost unbearable.

Very washout out blacks/color... resolution is just OK, not great Guess for $100 you get what you pay for

If I could give no stars I would. I bought this to connect to my Surface Pro. Worst HDMI connection ever. Loose and never turns on you have to mess with it. Will be returning it.I returned the first one because the picture was pixelated.

Monitor didn’t work after 15 minutes. Monitor was installed on pc with a standard nvidia graphics card.

Buy an open box in excellent condition and it was in poor condition, it did not come with a box, it was scratched on the back and the screen, it was dirty
