The video quality is really poor. The black level is awful. The image is washed out and no adjustment of any of the picture parameters make a difference.

I bought these screens during the pandemic; they are still working and holding up strong. They were worth my money. It's perfect for my at-home job that requires multiple screens.

I had no issues with the monitor other than the power cord. It does not stay securely in place when it hooks up to the monitor. If you move the monitor a little bit, it turns the monitor off. Sometimes even the slightest movement can cause this to happen. You then have to push in the power cord harder to get it to come back on. It's very sensitive. I contacted Best Buy and they replaced both the monitor and the cord. Same exact issue is happening. Very disappointed. At this point, I just want to return it. There is something flawed in their design.

This monitor's base is fairly small and would not be hard for a cat the rub against it and tip it over. The color is a bit 'washed out' and no matter what I adjust it just does not compare to the Samsung I had to replace it with. You also can't adjust it vertically (like the Samsung). I gave it 3 stars for the price alone. Lastly the print on the 'manual' is very tiny.. good luck trying to read it. I had to go online to find out how to adjust things like brightness and this was not easy or helpful.

Works and looks great for what I needed. Priced accordingly.

Monitor doesn't turn on even when connected to the power. Tried customer service and got transferred back and forth between departments with no help. Sending it back.
