Works well the colors are great someone reviews say their dimed but i haven’t had that issue. the battery life sucks tho

I was looking for something decent that helps my 15yo trough high school and the beginning of college. It is perfect price:performance ratio. He has a PS5 to play, so he does not need a huge gaming laptop.

My kid plays this almost daily! Is kinda loud but not terrible. She says it runs great with no lagging. She would recommend! I did get her a laptop board to put under so it vents well! Great value for price!!

The HP Victus 15.6" works really well for gaming and everyday use. The screen is smooth with 144Hz, and games run nicely with the RTX 3050. It starts fast and looks good in silver. The only small issue is the 8GB RAM it’s better if upgraded to 16GB. Overall, a good laptop for the price.

very good computer the build quality is exceptional and it has good specs. The only drawback would be the RAM there is only 8gb of it which can slow things down but i have never had any big issues with it great computer I highly recomend

I have been using the HP Victus for a few months now and I am genuinely impressed with what you get for the price. Gaming performance is excellent — runs Cyberpunk 2077, Far Cry 6, and GTA V smoothly at high settings without any major issues. The 144Hz display makes everything look fluid and responsive during gameplay.

The laptop runs super smooth and is pretty capable. I am able to run games like crusader kings and the Sims at full graphics. It has two fans so it can keep itself cool at the expense of extra noise.

Grandson's Christmas present and he raves about how fast and easy to use it is. Glad I bought it for him! We'll probably bring it in for some helpful Geel Squad hints about using its features.

My current laptop, its a very good choice for anyone that wants reliable performance at a good price, it can handle all of the games i play which are pretty heavy (Beamng, Minecraft with shaders, and other car games) im really glad i bought this because uts also useful for University. Battery could be better thought...

Great budget laptop for a price, it does come with only 500gb of storage and 8gb of ram, but as long as you were thinking of upgrading those in the long run, it’s great for its price. High requirements games are possible but only at either medium to low setting. Examples would be Cyberpunk 2077, on average with low settings you will get 50-70 fps, but games like sea of thieves on medium setting can run at 70-90 fps, it will run low demanding games like a charm though. Warthunder at medium settings will get on average of 80-100 fps.

Purchased at 529 and it far exceeded my expectations. This machine comes with 1 open RAM slot and 1 open NVME slot, so i got a Crucial 32GB DDR4 3200Mhz kit (2x 16GB) and a Team Group 2TB NVME SSD and this thing is a workhorse for my needs. I really appreciate the muted 'Gamer' theme as the keyboard is backlit in white and the whole appearance is very mature with minimal branding. 13th Gen i5 works well for my needs, and 6GB of dedicated RTX 3050 horsepower is very reliable. I currently use it for esports titles which all get 100+FPS maxed out, RTS titles, and indie games. If you are realistic about your needs, I think this a great purchase. At the time of this review this machine is even lower priced at 499, making it a steal. Add some RAM and a 2nd SSD!

Not a super powerful gaming system, but plays all the games I want to without issues. 8GB memory is a bit short, so I upped it to 32GB and it runs great now. All I want to do is bump up the storage a bit and this should last me a while. The laptop is made of plastic and gets a bad reputation for the hinges breaking, but one month in and mine is in good shape. Just open gently from the center and you should have no problems.

The HP Victus itself is a great gaming laptop. Performance was solid, the build quality felt good, and it handled gaming and everyday tasks very well. Unfortunately, the battery arrived completely dead and would not hold a charge at all. This may have been a defective unit rather than a problem with the model itself, but it was still a major disappointment. Since I purchased it through a third-party seller, I had to go through the return process and wait for a refund, which was frustrating and time-consuming. While I liked the laptop, the defective battery and the hassle of returning it made for a disappointing overall experience.

THIS LAPTOP WAS MUCH NEEDED IT CAN RUN PRETTY MUCH ANY OF MY GAMES!! got it when it was on sale 100% Recommend (although make sure to upgrade the ram cause 8GB Ram is NOT IT) and when its on sale IMMEDIETALY BUY IT cause it's more worth it then

Amazing computer great for gaming and for work haven't had any problems with it. I do recommend keeping it plugged in because the battery life kind of sucks but still great computer

It’s my first Windows based laptop since windows 7 release , I’m a bit surprised how it performs in a good way. Battery capacity maybe 1 hour of gaming in performance mode. Overall great looking laptop with nice full keyboard, runs good and cool .
