This the the 2nd one I've purchased in 2 years (one for each of my son's as they reached age 12). It does get a little warm with extended use, but fans help. And I recommend buying additional memory cards too.

I realized that I needed to add some ram in order for it to function well. I watched a video on how to add ram and it was super easy.
