Excellent starter gaming laptop, has enough ram to run a decent amount of games. Upgrading the ram and storage makes this already good gaming rig even better.

I love HP Computers. Every one I have purchased has more than performed as stated. The Victus has a great battery length and charges well.

Overall is a good computer, space is ok even though games take a lot of room. Nothing an external hard drive can’t handle

I don’t just write reviews when I’m upset. I also write reviews when I’m happy. I was already reluctant to buy this laptop because of the reviews, but didn’t want to spend too much for a laptop for a kid. Welp, 5 months after purchase I send them my laptop under a warranty claim , or so I thought. They later responded that there it wasn’t covered under warranty and sent me some pictures of alleged liquid on the machine. That is impossible. My child only uses the laptop when I’m around and he only uses it in one place. There has Never been any liquid on that machine aa he knows that is not allowed. He also doesn’t even have the passcode to login. That’s when, to my horror, realized there were countless reports of HP alleging water damage, when people swore that was impossible. I am flabbergasted. If I had water damage on it, I would be more than happy to pay to fix it, but this is ridiculous. Get this, the cost of the repair is literally more than I paid for the thing. How is that? I hope their laptops sales continue to decline until the end of time. They can’t even produce a video of the tech opening up the machine. It’s basically their word against mine. I wish I would have known to take pics before I sent it in. I should have just purchased a Mac. I usually don’t mess with those cheap companies, and now I’ve learned my lesson.
