I've been super happy with the laptop. It's snappy and I'm able to edit 3d models with no lag. I did have to dig in the BIOS for a setting to turn off the GPU fan when in standby. It was a high pitch annoyance and if the laptop is on standby it's not making much heat.

Works like a top. I did add 16 gb of ram. Not sure how it works for other things but for ESO it perfect.

I do recommend immediately adding more RAM and possibly storage based on your needs, but other than that it's a great computer.

Great budget laptop for light gaming. Laptop can have minor upgradable parts. Downside is the battery life drains quickly gaming.

I sent the laptop in for HP warranty repair, 1.5 weeks later the called and said due to a parts shortage, they need to wait 1.5 months (March 7) to repair the laptop. Stay away from this HP laptop
