I recently purchased the HP Victus gaming laptop from Best Buy, and overall it’s been a solid choice for both gaming and everyday computing. The Victus delivers good performance for the price, handling popular titles and multitasking with ease thanks to its capable CPU/GPU combo and ample RAM.

I purchased this laptop so that I could play one of my favorite pc games. So far the performance is amazing and I'm glad that I purchased it. I would definitely recommend the HP-Victus. I'm not sure if it has to be plugged up the entire time of use, but the battery life isn't great without being on constant charge. I do unplug it a few times per day to allow the computer a chance to not overcharge.

It’s my first Windows based laptop since windows 7 release , I’m a bit surprised how it performs in a good way. Battery capacity maybe 1 hour of gaming in performance mode. Overall great looking laptop with nice full keyboard, runs good and cool .

I'm using this computer for my career industrial design to create my renders, has good graphics, color, speed, and the battery last.

Worked great even when it would pause for a sec while gaming, it seemed to be in my favor, font ask me how. I took it in for more memory and one other upgrade. It would not turn back on after the work was done. Very strange cause nothing was wrong with it before.

Bought this for my son so he could game while we travel as a family. While not the most powerful computer on the planet, it more than got the job done. Easy to setup and quite sturdy, this was such an excellent value.

Very good pc runs minecraft at 300 fps and can run roblox at 240 i love it got it on sale for 500 but if you are going to buy it for 900 just get a laptop with 2060

This is a great option for a first computer for anyone to begin with gaming. It was good speed, no lags. Display quality is also good. Batt. I got this for my son for his 13th birthday. He loves it.

This laptop was a game changer for me, I loved it! The only problem is that it lags every now and then but nothing I can't handle, also the battery life runs out a bit fast depending on what you're doing like for example I use it to play Roblox, so it goes down quite a bit fast but other than that I've been needing a laptop like this.

I really enjoy this laptop. Probably one of the best ones I've ever had. The only complaint I have about it is the 8GB ram, HOWEVER there is the option to get the the other version with more RAM so that wasn't even a big deal. This laptop does come with an additional RAM slot to be able to add more if needed so that's definitely a plus for me. I love the way the keyboard feels and the way that my fingers easily flow across it. I got this laptop in the beginning to just play the Sims 4 in a better way (had a Dell previously and it had did all it could) and this laptop handles it EASILY. Moved on to InZOI and it also handles it pretty well, but definitely came in clutch with that extra RAM storage. All in all, not a bad laptop IMO and would be one that I recommend.

Excellent device, it's fast and good for gaming. It's lightweight, and the charger doesn't consume much power. Highly recommended.

This laptop honestly works great for me, I play some older games and they all run perfect. Battery life kinda sucks but I just leave it plugged in while I use it. I think I get about an hour out of the battery without it plugged in, while I'm playing a game.

Best black Friday deal I found and my son absolutely LOVES it! So far it has been great for a beginner laptop gamer. No issues as of yet and seems to keep up with his games and no lag as of yet!

This is a very reliable computer and im satisfied with my purchase, do beware battery dies a little quick but its bit a problem for me since I mostly use it at home. Overall would recommend this to anyone looking for a starter computer.

My kid plays this almost daily! Is kinda loud but not terrible. She says it runs great with no lagging. She would recommend! I did get her a laptop board to put under so it vents well! Great value for price!!

powerful and light weight gaming platform i use for CAD

Able to play my games at high fps, great display, battery life is average if you turn off the dedicated gpu, would prefer more than 8GB of ram, so I installed another 8GB.

I have received no complaints from my son on bootup or lag during gameplay. I have seen it in action and this computer can handle the majority of acrion games on the web. It has been over 1 month and it it is still running flawlessly. I would highly recommend for the price!

This laptop was purchased on sale and i believe its worth the sale price and not the full retail. First the build quality is what you would expect from a budget laptop with flex in the plastic, * HUGE flaw is that due to the flex, sometimes the track pad gets stuck and you're unable to click. * 8gb of ram in a windows 11 laptop should be outlawed as windows 11 takes up 7gb with just its "normal" processes, ive disabled / removed all AI but it still uses 5.3 gb on idle / doing nothing. *The graphics xard is bare minimal for gaming, this computer is for my daughter who mostly plays roblox so its the pefect fit, anything more intense, would not do so well. At full price, i would save an extra 200 and buy something different with a new gen i7 and at least a 3060 or 4060
