It was a solid gaming laptop, and the price was excellent. However, while playing Fortnite it randomly shut off and has never turned back on.

Finally found a computer to fit gaming needs!! My niece is happy with this computer.

Good laptop for the price point but not a great one with i5 for games but overall its not a great one but a good one

The device is okay but poor specs within the device is not meant for any type of multi tasking. You’re either browsing or gaming not both. Computer would require a ram upgrade if possible unknown if the ram is soldered or not if it is soldered I would not recommend this pc but if it’s not soldered and upgrade able then it might be a okay device. Personal experience ran well when specifically only doing one task.

I purchased the laptop as a birthday gift for my grandson. He thinks it was the "most excellent" gift.

Works great upgraded to 32gb of ram and I have no problems

Pretty good quality. Solidly built. Only problem I’ve had is sometimes the track pack sticks when I click while it’s on my lap.

Pretty good, does what I want it to do and I got it on sale

I don’t just write reviews when I’m upset. I also write reviews when I’m happy. I was already reluctant to buy this laptop because of the reviews, but didn’t want to spend too much for a laptop for a kid. Welp, 5 months after purchase I send them my laptop under a warranty claim , or so I thought. They later responded that there it wasn’t covered under warranty and sent me some pictures of alleged liquid on the machine. That is impossible. My child only uses the laptop when I’m around and he only uses it in one place. There has Never been any liquid on that machine aa he knows that is not allowed. He also doesn’t even have the passcode to login. That’s when, to my horror, realized there were countless reports of HP alleging water damage, when people swore that was impossible. I am flabbergasted. If I had water damage on it, I would be more than happy to pay to fix it, but this is ridiculous. Get this, the cost of the repair is literally more than I paid for the thing. How is that? I hope their laptops sales continue to decline until the end of time. They can’t even produce a video of the tech opening up the machine. It’s basically their word against mine. I wish I would have known to take pics before I sent it in. I should have just purchased a Mac. I usually don’t mess with those cheap companies, and now I’ve learned my lesson.

Bought as a HS graduation gift for my son. It is perfect for light gaming like Overwatch and World of Warships on high settings. Also good for web browsing. It should be good for college when he starts this fall.

My kids have been using this laptop for school and my wife uses it for zoom calls. So far it’s been very reliable.

Great offer. Great for 1080p gaming for a min of 30-35fps. But some games will play at 60fps or more. Depends on the game. You do have to upgrade the RAM though to 16gb. Its about 30 bucks more.

Great lap top for the price and great for playing games and multi tasking. Love this laptop will recommend this to everyone looking for a budget laptop.

Computer works pretty well. A little slow sometimes running multiple tabs on chrome but works for occasional games
