The laptop is really bad, First the laptop is really slow, second is the laptop's mother board gone in only in a year. I really cant blv that.

best buy has to be the worst customer service there is on this planet. this is a good laptop but buy it somewhere else. best buy will not honor any of their guarantees.

It costs more than a ps5 and is far weaker than the ps5. Can barely get 40fps in NEW VEGAS. Thats wild. That game came out in like 2010. Sound is meh. Keyboard is really nice, screen is nice. Its a very weak system, do not purchase this for full price.

Laptop keeps crashing and sometimes even restarts itself. Not happy at all with this purchase.

Bought a Certified Geek squad Open Box like new as a present. Arrived, everything looked great, the box wasn't damaged or anything. When the recipient went to turn it on after their birthday party, the screen was shattered (no visible damage to the outside or inside the device.)

My laptop when arrived had the screen glitching and i try to fix it by installing new drivers and didnt work

Open box, wasn’t clean, scratched and was supposed to be in excellent condition.

Got this for my wife, she really enjoys it. It's easy type on, has a huge mouse pad and runs very quickly. She ran some games for a while and it does get a bit loud when using it, but the fans dona good job keeping it cool. Would definitely recommend for the sales price we paid for it.

This laptop has been working fine for me i play warzone forza sparking zero and more. You will need more ram for this laptop though so why you are in store grab a 16gb of ram and this laptop will run perfect for almost any game! Battery life isnt the best but it will get you through around 2 to 3 hours of gaming depending on what game it is.

the only problem is that out of the box, the mouse pad is not working. Currently trying software updates to fix it.

A value for money laptop. Not too big, not heavy and with really good performance on games.

It works wonderfully, the sober design is charming, made of good material and as for the hardware it is crazy, it runs heavy programs and loads them easily, plus when playing it leaves nothing to be desired.

This was probably one of my greatest purchases at Best buy. It has a great price ratio to it’s impeccable performance. 144 hz is crisp on a large screen, and 8gb of memory is plenty for any task. And it’s storage will impress you. It will hold all of your games and keep you satisfied. We found this gaming laptop, and there were none in the stack of other computers. James from Windows section went out for 30 minutes searching for my computer. He didn’t have any luck. And after helping us with other problems he then helped us with finding my computer at the warehouse section. This was great customer service. Would recommend this computer.
