Poor communication
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The associate who helped us order it in person was great, we were told it'd arrive within 4 business days, we heard once from them and the shipping company after to tell us that it was delayed and then nothing after, it continued getting delayed with no additional information or communication, we canceled the order and proceeded to purchase a Lenovo on Amazon for cheaper which ended up being perfect, do not recommend

Extremely disappointed

Key Ghosting

You can't press 3 keys at once, especially not of the third on is the D key. You'd think a gaming laptop could register multiple keys at once smh

Terrible customer service
