Customers are saying

Customers often highlight the Victus 15.6" laptop's strong performance and good graphics capabilities for its price point. Many appreciate the option to upgrade the RAM, but some users mention that the battery life could be improved and that the screen brightness may not be sufficient in all situations. Additional feedback points to the build quality as decent and the weight as manageable. While some find the fan noise noticeable, others report that the laptop does not overheat excessively.

Great laptop that fulfills all my needs! I just wanted something in a good price range but also not too slow. The Specs are perfect for the price and it has not let me down so far.

The design is beautiful and runs any game without any problem. The interface feels fast and smooth. I highly recommend. For better experience buy a mouse on the side. Battery life is decent, not the best and not the worst.

Title: "HP Victus 15.6" Gaming Laptop: Intel-Powered Excellence for Affordable Gaming" I recently had the pleasure of testing out the HP Victus 15.6" Full HD 144Hz Gaming Laptop, and it's truly a powerhouse in the budget-friendly gaming laptop category. Boasting a sleek design and impressive specifications, this laptop offers a compelling gaming experience while staying within a reasonable price range. At the heart of the Victus is its Intel processor, providing a solid foundation for the laptop's performance. Paired with an NVIDIA GeForce graphics card, this laptop effortlessly handles demanding games, delivering smooth frame rates and vibrant graphics. The 15.6" Full HD display with a 144Hz refresh rate enhances the visual experience, making every gaming session a treat for the eyes. One of the standout features is the efficient thermal management system. The laptop remains cool even during extended gaming sessions, ensuring optimal performance without any noticeable slowdowns due to overheating. This attention to thermal control is a welcome addition, especially for gamers who enjoy immersive and lengthy gaming sessions. The keyboard is well-designed, offering a comfortable typing experience and responsive keys. The RGB backlighting not only adds a touch of style but also allows for customization to suit individual preferences. While the trackpad is responsive, gamers will likely prefer an external mouse for precision during gaming. Connectivity options are plentiful, with various USB ports, HDMI, and a headphone/microphone combo jack. This versatility makes it easy to connect external devices, gaming peripherals, and additional accessories, catering to the diverse needs of gamers. The audio quality is surprisingly robust for a laptop in this price range. The front-firing speakers deliver clear and dynamic sound, enhancing the gaming experience. While serious gamers might still opt for headphones, the built-in speakers provide a satisfying audio experience for casual gaming and multimedia consumption. As with many gaming laptops, the battery life is moderate. It's sufficient for everyday tasks and shorter gaming sessions but may require plugging in for more extended gaming marathons. In summary, the HP Victus 15.6" Full HD 144Hz Gaming Laptop with its Intel processor offers an impressive blend of performance and affordability. From its sleek design to its capable hardware, this laptop is a solid choice for budget-conscious gamers who don't want to compromise on gaming experience. If you're in the market for an affordable gaming laptop with reliable performance, the HP Victus with an Intel processor is certainly worth considering.

The laptop is pretty lightweight with decent number of ports. It runs games pretty well. My only complaint was the amount of RAM and storage. Both of these are simple to upgrade.

1)Intel i5 gen 13 2)15.6" Full HD 144Hz Screen 3)RTX 3050 4) Long Battery Life 5) Bought it on Sale for $599 Really? Wow Those are the five points that make this Gaming laptop great! Are there better, stronger gaming laptops out there, sure there are. But let's put this into prospective. You can spend almost as much on most mid-high end video card alone. This is a complete package. I bought this laptop as a daily driver for all my needs and occasional gaming with my Kido's when I don't want to be stuck at my Desktop. What I love: -Starts up quick -Keyboard feels nice -battery life on battery saver 8-10 hours depending on task/ and charger isn't a total brick. -I can easily game with my kids on high settings on most AAA titles. -One of the coolest running laptops, let alone a gaming laptop I have owned. Even when running intense games stays pretty cool. What could use improvement IMO: -All though the body is all plastic, it feels pretty nice, however some aluminum would have been a nice touch. -The hinges are ok but could be better. A little flimsy but it holds. -An additional 8gb of ram would have been nice for a total of 16gb out of the box. At the end of the day, great laptop and if you can find it like I did on sale for $599 don't hesitate to buy it. This has been my "Best Buy" of the week! (Dad Joke)

I got a great sale deal on this computer! I upgraded the RAM for $40 and this bad boy cranks! I am a professional photographer and run Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to process images. I set the NVIDIA graphics card up for photos rather than gaming. I will not comment on this machines gaming capabilities, other that to say my kid says, "It would work just fine for games". RAW and Jpeg images are rendered and processed in record time. Lightroom exports hundreds of high res images in a few minutes. My final file size is about 8mb-10mb per image at approximately 6000x4000 @ 300DPI. The screen looks great with color rendition that suits my needs. I also like the HDMI to connect to my 32" office monitor as well as the onboard SD card slot. Files transfer quickly to my external USB C drive. I have always had better luck with the i5/Ryzen5 processors, they run cooler and more quietly than the i7/Ryzen7. I can wait the extra millisecond per image for better overall performance. Excellent machine at a great price!

Loved the experience! I pick up the laptop during a school I attended. I had a very smooth experience with customer service pick-up. The laptop is great and accomplishes what I need it to do, which is school/light gaming. This laptop is on the heavy side but makes up for it in performance. If your looking for all the bell's and whistles of 4k gaming this may not be for you, but light gaming and general task it will handel very well(In my opinion).

Fantastic gaming pc for the price! Runs every game I try, has every port I care about. High refresh rate screen with great viewing angles. Passes the one hand opening test. And expandable! A few days after I got it, I upgraded the ram with absolutely no hasssle. Downsides? The CPU lags a bit behind the GPU, I noticed mainly while multitasking. Battery life isn't fantastic, probably around 5 hours non gaming. Overall, definitely worth what I paid for it.
