This is my travel gaming laptop for work. It handles the games I play with ease and never over heated. My only drawback is that it is not a USB-C charging laptop so I have to carry two laptop chargers when I travel. Not enough to deter me from buying it again, but hopefully someone finds this part helpful! The battery life has been great, and the display is perfect.

For my first gaming laptop I didn’t want to go overboard with paying huge markups for the latest specs. Every demanding game I’ve played so far has worked without any issues and looks amazing!! I plan to upgrade the memory and storage space but straight out of the box it does everything I need it to do easily.

its an amazing computer that continues to blow us away with the performance, my wife uses it to play the assassins creed and final fantasy games on her off time and she has been able to play these games on full performance without any issue, would easily reccomend

The specifications of the laptop are amazing and has the best Intel Core Processor for the price when I bought it compared to other gaming laptops! If you are in the hunt for your next gaming laptop, consider an Alienware laptop because they are easily customizable regarding the SSD and RAM. Purchased during Black Friday where it was $350.00 off from the base $899.00 for $549.99 at this price can't be beat, one gets a 13th Gen i5, an NVIDIA RTX 3050 with 6G VRAM. One knock would be only has 8G DDR4 RAM, which can be upgraded for $17.99 to 16G DDR4 RAM. New OS with Windows 11 and of the games played and installed has handled with ease. In time will upgrade the hard drive to 2TB for now the 512G is fine. Another plus the NVME is Gen 4. Refresh rate at 144Hz. This is a superb laptop at $549.00.

Honestly, I saw this deal and knew I had to buy it. I’ve always wanted to buy a pc but money was always the issue. This laptop, with a ram upgrade, is amazing. I love the look and feel of the laptop, the keyboard lighting is also an addition. I play siege at 1440p 144hz, and it uses 80-90% of the gpu. Temps stay around 75°. The built in Xbox stuff is honestly awesome. I bought of game pass, and play FH5, and obviously all the other games without buying them individually off steam. Love this laptop.

I bought this laptop in 2023 and it’s still holding strong, very fast and responsive laptop, perfect for gaming, multi-tasking and anything you can imagine. Would recommend you upgrade the ram.

[Employee of bestbuy] For the price this laptop usually runs it's a great deal, the back lit keyboard looks and feels great, the high refresh rate screen looks good, the performance is good and consistent, and the battery life when not under heavy load is solid too, I get roughly 8 hours of YouTube on it. There's nothing overwhelmingly bad about it. The fans when running at full throttle are a bit annoying, the back lit keyboard only has 1 brightness, and the hinge feels a little wobbly. But those are minor gripes, and for the price you're getting an overall great package.

Good laptop for the price. Needed something to run CAD programs and this works great
