Great budget gaming laptop! Got this on a sale for just under $700. The 8gb RAM can be a bit restricting at times since Windows 11 uses a lot of RAM. However this is easily remedied by getting an extra 8gb RAM stick for under $20 and installing it in the extra RAM slot.

Smooth, fast, and loaded with power. Never bogs down, stays cool, and it’s a nice durable unit

Great laptop. Awesome for gaming. Super reliable. Purchased a second one. For my kids for gaming. A little heavy so not a super portable laptop. But powerful.

Great had no issues, use this for school no trouble running anything at all.also use it for some gaming can run simple games but struggles with fps. Plays smoother with charger on.

Nothing but good things to say just grateful i got it at a good price. I bet everyone else who has bought one feels the same. I'm not a gamer but all my gamer buddies have not said anything bad bout it. My son is happy he got his gaming laptop.

This was a birthday present for my daughter. James helped me with the pick up and made sure I the right cables to make it work with my kid’s Oculus. He was super-friendly and engaging. Great products, EXCELLENT service! AND… Had to bring it back with the Oculus a few days later so Geek Squad could help me make it work with the Oculus. (I’m a total Luddite.) When Geek Squad found out it was her birthday present, they went out of their way to work on fixing it while I waited, so I could bring it home for her to use. Thank you Ryan from Geek Squad, and Taylor the Store Supervisor for all your help. Every time I’ve been to the San Rafael Store for the last couple of years, the service has really been OUTSTANDING.

I purchased this laptop for my son as a birthday gift and I was a little skeptical at first because of how affordable it was but man it has pleasantly surprised us. It has exceeded our expectations as far as quality and performance! I highly recommend it!

Bought it for my mom, who needed a new computer. So far so good. She only does stuff like web browsing, email, and solitaire on it, but we wanted something reliable with a good build that would last. Seems to fit the bill.

I love this laptop, I played all my games on my PC when I’m traveling or visiting my family and super smooth and fast. I highly recommend this laptop not only for people playing there PC games but for personal use too when you on to go or traveling.

Awesome laptop for everything I need. Needed a windows based computer for CAD class and this delivers. Would only suggest getting extra ram. The monitor isnt the best nor brightest but does what you need to get your job done. Wouldnt call that a negative.

It's a good all around computer but wish it had more RAM...pretty sure we can add more to it but haven't gotten around to it...but the ability to was one of the reasons I got it ..also wish the lightning port slot thingy was able to charge the computer as well but no, needs to be plugged into its power cord when connected to a docking station with 2 other screens.

I have been impressed with the power of this laptop as I had considered it a budget option for travel. After adding slightly more RAM, this runs about everything I throw at it.

Works great si far! I use this for schoolwork and some gaming, no issues at all so far. I upgraded the RAM to 16Gb, real easy and everything is accesible, looking forward to expanding storage as well soon.

I was gifted this laptop for college and in the last 3-4 years it has not let me down once. It's perfect for online classes and handles bigger games like Minecraft and Skyrim easily. I would highly recommend this laptop!

Good performance and usability for the price. Only complaint I would say is I wish they had switched to a USB-C charger instead of a proprietary plug. Overall I would say it was a good choice for my kids.

I have had this laptop for 7 months and havent had a problem with the user experience. Runs really smooth! The negative side of this laptop is the battery life. I'd say it would last around 6 hours in the beggining but recently it has been worse. The speaker quality isnt great but cant compain since its a laptop i guess.... The keyboard configuration is odd. I find my left wrist hurting more than usual sense the space bar isnt centered.

Good laptop handles fortnight Roblox apex legends. Battery life is good. Screen brightness could be better And wish it had a usbc charger. Overall for the price a very good laptop. No issues since Christmas

Good computer so far. I’m not a gamer - I bought it to edit video so I upgraded the RAM TO 32GB which was easy enough with the help of YouTube University.

Works great for what i need. Runs the games that i play without any issues. FPS is what i expected.

Son wanted a gaming computer for christmas, this for the price is well worth it when you consider graphix card plus a i5 processor. its a great all in 1 package for starting out anywhere in computer gameing/coding.
