My grandson last computer kept freezing during game playing with his friends this one NO problems and he’s very happy so that makes this nana very happy❣️

I purchased this as a graduation gift for my son two weeks ago. He is continuing his education in the fall and enjoys gaming. It fits both his needs perfectly. He's very happy with this laptop.

I am very satisfied with my device. It is working just fine and it’s not damaged at all.

This was the best price I could find for an low tier entry level gaming PC for my 6 year old! He absolutely loves it, and has no problem playing anything. I picked it up for $599 on a ridiculous sale. It is top tier at that price.

This was for my 14yo daughter and she can play most of her games but the real big ones sometimes are lagging. I didn't want to spend more money due to the fact she is not responsible enough to take care of a more expensive laptop. I'll say it was a good buy for the price I pay

My son loves this computer. I got it for Christmas and was scared he couldn't work it at 9 but he knows it better then me now. Super easy to use

This computer is just what i was looking for. I had one issue but after talking with GeekSquad it it was fixed immediately. It is fast and has both the graphics and processing I need.

this is among the best gaming laptop out there that can handle all my gaming needs and/or my photo video edit needs. the rtx 3050 can handle most heavy load

The laptop arrived in excellent condition. As mentioned above the only issue I have with it is that the information stated that it had thunderbolt support but it does not, other wise for $500 it was a worthwhile purchase.

Screen i not good, full brightness and could barely see I had to close all my windows and curtains. Can't even run warzone I only get 20 fps l wack.

Somehow, in the course of signing up for Microsoft 365 I ended up with two subscriptions because I got one through the store and now one through Microsoft. Can you help me to cancel one of these?

Excellent Laptop, I have been using it for almost an year and have had no problems!

Excellent just what my grandson wanted. He is 11 years old and he says he is a gamer and he knows how to play anything he wants to on it. He loves it and so do I because he does.

I liked everything about this laptop, I am a computer science student and this laptop has helped me do all kinds of work, I was surprised with the power this computer has.

Nice laptop, only issue is that ram is 8, but you have 2 slots for ram in it, so you can buy another 8 for like $40 to have 16gb and this pc is a beast (at least enough for me)

BIOS was set to turn the USB charging off after laptop shutted down, but after 2,3 days USB charging turned on automatically. Except this everything is good. IPS screen is good for movies. Independent GPU work worst for movies, that is a pity.

It's amazing. It runs arms 3 on ultra graphics no problem. But if you get beamng drive youre going to want to upgrade the game bc it pushes it to 7.9gb out of 8
