Bought this laptop in August of 2023, it worked pretty well for a year. Literally 1 week after the warranty expired the laptop stopped charging all together. Confirmed the battery and charger are fine by. HP wanted to charge me $1200 to fix it. Never buying an HP product again.

The laptop is fine but didnt come with an ac adapter

Laptop had issues with the audio not working properly out of the box. Spent about 12 hours collectively over a few days trying to troubleshoot the issue, even spent 5-6 hours on the phone with hp technical support trying to fix the issue, with no luck. Finally ended up bringing it back to best buy to exchange for a new one, first two employees tried telling me i could only return, not exchange, because i got a black friday deal on it. After asking for the manager, they finally agreed to exchange...now I am waiting a week for my new laptop to come, because they didn't have it in stock. Hopefully there are no issues when the replacement arrives.

Decent graphics card and processor, the main issue is the lack of ram, if you get this make sure to replace the ram and the lack of the ability to add another M.2 drive severely limits it.

The laptop is nice but very expensive to not have all the capabilities it should have. I hope they lower the price or make it a better quality!! Still a decent laptop!!

Computer itself is good but the battery life is atrocious. What’s the point of getting a laptop if you’re going to be tied to having wall plug nearby…would not buy again

I’ve had this laptop for a few years now and it’s done its job fairly well. I do continue to have issues with it connecting to WiFi and Bluetooth devices that lead to me needing to factory reset which is rather frustrating.

Horrible experience. The USB plugs won’t work sometimes, and my battery has died 40 days after purchase. Now I can’t return the laptop to Best Buy and HP is charging me to fix the issue, even though it’s under warranty. Stay away from this one. HP is proving poor for gaming laptops. Unreal

An 8 GB laptop in this era?! Seriously! I bought it to upgrade it to 16. How much does a 8 gig stick costs to HP? 10 dollars maximum. It doesnt worth it to upset customers.
