Not as fast as I thought it would be first laptop I've purchased in years. Downloaded one game and it said I needed to upgrade RAM. Kind of dissapointed.

Issues with wifi. It drops connection constantly and there do not seem to be any fixes outside of replacing hardware.

Baught the laptop online while it sayd it is in stock at the local store so i would be able to pick it up in an hour , turns out it wasnt even in stock had to wait almost a week to receive And the touchpad doesnt even work

The laptop is advertised with a i5 4.6Ghz processor, but the laptop I received has an i5 2.1Ghz processor. That is lest than half the clock speed. This was false advertising. When I spoke with Best Buy, they said I had to drive back to the store I picked it up at (2 hour trip) for any help with replacement. Best Buy made the mistake, Best Buy should fix it.

It is being switched off automatically showing some kind of error. I have bought just one and a half months ago. This type of issue in such new and fresh laptops scare me a lot. May not purchase from them again in future.

I received this laptop a day after Christmas cracked and destroyed and have not received a refund or follow through since it was reported. I have reached out to BestBuy on 2 occasions. Best Buy, please follow through.

the customer service was terrible and I also bought another product at the same time which immediately broke and tried to return it and the customer service representative was so unbelievably rude that I gave my in-store credit to the security guard because I'll never shop at Best buy again

So far no good. After 3 times using it the trackpad no longer functions and certain programs aren’t working correctly. A hard reset fixed it once but not the second time. Maybe Windows 11 just sucks but I’m not impressed with this. Haven’t tried gaming yet.

Got my laptop in June 2023 only had it for 6 months. The lcd display started glitching. Now being charge a lot of money to fix it. 1 year Warranty don’t cover nothing. Wouldn’t recommend Best Buy as a place to buy from

It was advertised to run stable diffusion, but it only has 6 gb of vram, not 8gb. This is blatant false advertising.
