This laptop came as described and for the price paid can't be beat. Caveat: the RAM and graphics card are underpowered by modern gaming standards, so heavy FPS players may not be happy. for me, this is a machine for strategy gaming both turn based and real-time, and it handles my personal Word/Excel/PPT duties as well. I am sure the memory could easily be upgraded but for me: this was a mid-range laptop at a low end price.

Good laptop but damm it takes forever to set up pluse then get thru the 27 slooooooooooooooooow updates it needs why yall dont take care of all this before we buy it and its not 649$ yall forgot to mention the 53$ sales tax 703$

I’m very excited with the new laptop. It’s much easier to use than the old one which was not an HP. The graphics are crisp and clear. The sound is high quality. It fits my needs perfectly.

I am happy with this laptop top. Although I was told this i5 would be much faster than my old laptop, an i3, and I don't see much of a difference. Still I a happy with it, just wouldn't have spent the extra money for the speed I'm not seeing.
