The logo is just printed on. Surprising since HP usually makes premium laptops. Great innards for this price but it's ugly.

Pc is always gonna be worth if espically simce the gpu is so good and you can always upgrade more ram.

I found it to be very slow; even after all updates. even after it up to 32 GB of ram; Games web base only because anything else is too slow and lagging

The laptop was fine for what it was (budget gaming laptop) and I could run a few things on it. However, the laptop cooked itself after a little under a year (probably overheating), so when I called HP Support, I was reassured that the laptop was still under the warranty (though apparently on the last day). However, after more than a week of waiting for the box to send it for repairs to be shipped, HP Support refused to uphold the warranty after being assured that they would on two occasions when I asked previously, demanding that I shell out almost the cost of a new laptop to get it fixed or replaced... Needless to say HP Support was extremely inflexible and screwed me out of buying a replacement laptop on Black Friday, forcing me to buy a new one almost at full price for a new one this morning.

Feel like a cheap laptop. Poor build quality. Only the configuration is better. Use this as if you are using a desktop. Connect this laptop with an external display.

Lacks informational directions for operational gui functions… difficulty in operations which tend to be slow

I bought this on a good deal for $549 and was able to set it up but it started freezing when opening apps and the web browser. So I exchanged it for another one but it was doing the same thing. I returned it and got a different brand.
