    Frustrations: No IR in the camera, so no face recognition for login. Have to ctrl+del to use the delete key. Occasionally bogs down with medium load of a few spreadsheets and about 10 tabs in browser open. Likes: Soft whites on the screen so lower eye strain. Good sound

    Purchased an open-box excellent condition model, but screen came with some dead pixels. Furthermore, casing had scruff marks more in-line with the deacriptions for a model in “fair” condition. The only good thing I can mention is timely delivery by UPS.
