    I was very excited to get this computer and did research to get the right one. It has been problems since day one. Constant crashing, geek squad warrant work, now it is past the warrant end date of a year and it has 80% memory as soon as you log in followed by constant crashes. Now I have to drive an hour to the closest Best Buy, again. Keep in mind, this is with minimal workload on this laptop. Zero things downloaded and used a couple times a week for general internet usage. Zero stars. 4 pains in my…..

    Decent laptop outside of the amount of ram and disk space. If you are capable of buying and replacing the ram and ssd you can make this laptop very comparable to some other mid range laptops.

    I never got to use it. It was on sale for a great price and my wife needed a laptop. Unfortunately when I got it home and she realized how heavy it was she had me take it back and I got her a macbook air 13". What a difference.
