My keys stopped changing color after one month of purchase. I wasted over one thousand dollars this is my 5th Acer won’t buy another will use a different brand overpriced for the value

Which gets really annoying while playing games. Idk why it keep restarting and freezing but it’s really annoying

Now I can't return or replace it at the store. I have to deal with the HP warranty. I would not recommend this computer, so stay away from it.

This modle only has the one option to upgrade the drive and now i can't even do that. You could say its my fault, sure. But i know what im doing and this is insane. One star. HP get it together.

I bought this thing and it won’t work, when i turn it on it takes almost 10 minutes just for the screen to finally light up. I’m new to gaming laptops but my standard laptop is better than this thing. Returned within 48 hours
