    I don't think it's quite good enough to run black ops 6 as advertised in the photo but it can run Siege or sometimes fortnite if you are lucky

    Bought this system brand new from Beat Buy and it needs a new motherboard, not even 18 months after purchasing it. I was told to repair it would cost me more than two times of the systems that was purchased! This laptop is a complete rip off and so is the warranty.

    Upon purchasing the new laptop there was a hardware and software issue that prevented my microphone from working. I had to pay an additional $100 for them to reinstall the faulty OS software that came with the laptop. Buying a new laptop that's broken is frustrating.

    I had issues since I opened the box w blue screens and automatic shutdowns.. now the laptop won’t even turn on the screen is black and keys light up blue only. My keys stopped changing color after one month of purchase. I wasted over one thousand dollars this is my 5th Acer won’t buy another will use a different brand overpriced for the value
