I like it! Runs well very low costs and does what i need it to do

Purchased it on 2/26/2025 picked it up on the 27th and started seeing issues immediately. Warning my issues are not major but maybe something you might want to consider. Day one I was experiencing difficulties with the touch pad. It didn’t respond well, when ever I would go to scroll down it wouldn't stop scrolling. I would have to wait for it stop then try again. Eventually, I grew agitated and used my mouse to see if that would solve my problem which it did. Things went well until today which is March 2. I had another issue with the touchpad/ clicker. When I was moving files around on desktop the clicker turned my screen black I shut down the laptop, hit restart and just like that problem solved. A few hours later I was playing games and I went to click Edge and when I did my files open instead. I thought maybe I wasn't paying attention and went to click edge again. Once more files re-open and the only way I could access Edge was through clicking the windows button on keyboard and selecting it from the pop up menu. I understand that nothing is perfect and may have its bugs. With that being said I'm little disappointed because I thought this laptop was in great condition and new. I feel like I may have a refurbished one. If I have anymore issues I'll be sure to update y'all overall this pc is great for games like roblox, imvu, and other apps. But I wouldn't suggest games like SL, GTA, or COD.

I purchased it at a discounted price at 479.99 + tax. Excellent product compare to price. Great for casual gaming and regular academic tasks. Only drawback is 8GB of RAM. But if you incorporate another 8 GB DDR5 RAM (available at online shop like Amazon, approx $20) it would be more than enough at this price range.

Great computer for the price. Son is 10 years old and wanted something he can play XBOX and make videos on. Does it great, he is very happy!

The computer came in perfect condition. Every part of it is working fine. Pretty much every game I play runs smoothly. No issues right now.
