good laptop for gaming runs any game up to date but of course with low graphics. Not sure if its upgradable

Now have it for over a year, best laptop I’ve had. Good for school work and gaming (thou I haven’t tried heavy games). Love it!

Excelent option, works great for gaming on games like CS:GO, Valorant & more. Great Screen. The only thing, it's that you should buy a second 8GB RAM Slot.

Got this laptop as a gift for my hubby and he loooves it! It's fast and efficient for all the games he plays and the battery life is pretty descent!

Bought to replace a gaming desktop our son has had for a few years. We upgraded to 16gb as others recommended. I’m told it’s a serious upgrade!

Laptop works as expected, but like all other pre-built machines it comes packed with garbage programs and subscriptions that you don't want. Once I cleaned it up I was very happy.

I would give this one 5 stars if it would only STOP DROPPING THE WIFI NETWORK!!!! It will work fine for anywhere from days to weeks and then it will drop the WIFI network and the network adapter disappears. google it - it is a very common problem with this computer and one that HP has chosen to ignore ( a VERY common trait of HP).

Very good starter gaming laptop, does not disappoint! Very good at working with editing software and canva as well!

It has much better performance than my previous laptop, and allows me to run more things in the background while I'm doing something else on it without it slowing down to a crawl.

Impressive performance with Intel Core i5, GTX 1650, and fast SSD storage.

So far I've played light Steam games and used the PS Remote Play and it's a smooth experience. I will say that under load, this machine gets HOT.

Pretty good. Locks up here and there. Installed a bunch of updates and lock ups stop. Is pretty quite. And is fast has a great display. Built like a tank as well.

Overall way better for gaming and multitasking than I thought. Works just as good as a gaming pc with the same components

Very good laptop , I can play everything on that, gtaV, red dead redemption 2, forza 5, r6, cs Go, and more.

Weiting this review after 6month usage. Pros: Very fast processing Screen refresh rate is best in Segment Able to play almost all great graphic titles without any issues Video editing and rendering is also fast and smooth Battery life is decent Cons: Sometimes the laptop gets too hot and the fan is unable to manage. It is sometimes noisy, when too much bavlckground process runs So overall this is a great laptop for the money. I am still giving it 5stars because the level of heating or the noise doesnt disrupt your work

Good gaming laptop I really recommend this laptop to anyone

This has been a really solid performer. I will say that my previous ASUS ROG performed better when playing games like Battlefield. I was able to play Battlefield with all settings maxed out on the ROG...but I didn't have the same success with the HP. I had to crank resolutions and other settings down a bit to get the same performance. I will say that this one doesn't seem to get as hot as the ROG...so I guess there are always trade offs. But I would still recommend this laptop...it is really good in most respects.

Good performance and quality for the price. Except the battery performance is very poor.
