Best laptop for gaming. My daughter plays the sims 4 and Roblox and both games run smoothly with high graphics.

The first one I purchased had some issues with sound but soon as I informed them at geek squad. They replaced it immediately.

This piece of crap comes installed with a bunch of trial software and ads. After 2 weeks of use we finally had some fun with some Steam games and then the operating system bugged out. I swear every Windows OS laptop we buy is worse than the last one. Battery life on this device was already becoming an issue before it crapped the bed. Decent speed (because it was brand new)

I use this as a secondary PC, crunching movies with Handbrake, etc. works GREAT! I replaced the NVMe drive with a Samsung 980, and it really flies.

Display is great. Added memory and am very happy with performance. A little heavier than I wanted but overall very good.

Only downfall I bought this to play the sims 3& 4. Sims 3 is my favorite it worked fine for a couple hours, battery life is only about 3 hours with active gaming. Now I keep getting an error code when saving my game but from what I read it has something to do with a windows update 22h2, if I shut down the computer and restart everything it seems to work again for a couple hours.

has a great screen, doesnt buffer as much as my old computer used to, it still has freezes now and then but that is expected when playing games that require lots of RAM

Excellent laptop! Very powerful, quiet, and easy to add additional memory (just add a second laptop memory module).

Nice computer for the price. Really fast processor and the lighted keyboard really helps out my old eyes.

Great price, great quality. This laptop is everything I needed and very responsive. I use an old school mouse with it as the mouse pad is a bit sensitive.

The computer was nice in a lot of ways. Just not in the ways that it counted. The battery life of the computer sucked. I had it fully charged and unplugged it and 30 minutes later it was saying please plug in the computer. I played very few games and it locked up in the middle of gameplay. The GTX 1650 does not do well in gameplay if you want to make a gaming laptop make the laptop able to run games.

Works good so far. The best laptop in the price point. The screen is 144 Hz which gives you great viewing experience. I would upvote the product.

I am not a gamer, but this is the coolest computer I’ve owned! It does everything I need it to and the backlit keyboard makes seeing the keys in a darker setting!
