Great laptop to consider when it’s on sale for $549 otherwise I’d consider something else. While it does have a 3 year old graphics card it can handle light titles with ease and it runs relatively cool. I have never seen the CPU exceed 78c and the gpu runs in the lower to upper 60s when under load. Compared to other gaming laptops I had to return the fans aren’t incredibly loud at max speed. The only downside I’ve found are the speakers being a little too quiet but I use headphones most of the time so it’s no issue.

An overall great value for the money. I use it for creative work and it performs well for modern standards. I anticipated sacrificing some performance to save money but was surprised at how well it handled cpu intensive tasks such as rendering audio and graphic design.
