Awesome computer. However, I suggest having the laptop plugged in when playing games to provide yourself with the best quality and speed. Battery life is short.

The laptop is great at this price point. All the specs are above average. The ssd slot is just one and that too has a tight screw. So that's a downer.

A decent budget Laptop, fairly fast and smooth, would upgrade to 16GB Memory, the 512 GB SSD works well for me.

Using this primarily in the garage to run my CnC and laser but will likely use it for other things as the need arises. Boots pretty quick but the power button is a little finicky. You've got to kind of hold it down for a couple of seconds. The speakers sound good but not much output. If you're gaming, better hook up external speakers or use headphones. I added 32G of memory before I even turned it on so no clue how it runs "stock". The price was right, the unit seems to work great and it has everything I need for what I bought it for

This computer it is really fast. Compared with others more expensive computers and this one was faster. Trust me. Just a little complain the battery

Pretty good for how cheap it be. Da screen be a little like an old style shape and stuff. Not all widescreened out like them new joints typically be.

Does what you want for the price you pay, handles basic games like minecraft and league, obviously not a super gaming laptop so dont expect that

My son received this as a birthday gift. I ordered this 3 weeks prior since it was on sale and a good deal. It took about 5 days to arrive at my house. Anyhow in the middle of the screen several pixels went out 5 days after his birthday. Try to return it to Best Buy they said it was outside their 15 day return policy.

This is the worst computer I ever bought. Had issues with my older HP EnVy 360. Heavy used that for 3 years and it simply died. Made the mistake of buying another HP and now this is even worse. It is slow and the fan noise is absolutely annoying. I tried to fix, I did everything and the reviews say they cant fix it. Never Again. Hp Never again.

$550 seemed like a great price, but this turned out to be the worst laptop I've ever purchased. 67% RAM usage at idle right out of the box. Even after 3 days of trying to de-bloat this thing, I was only able to get it down to 46% RAM usage. SSD is advertised as a 512GB drive, of which you only get 475GB and 46GB of that was already used, so only 429GB actually available. It ran slow and the battery life was horrible. There was soooo much Microsoft and HP bloatware on this thing that it was unusable. Returned.

Nice system. Very fast and does well for games. Upgrading the ram to 32gigs was easy. Also upgraded the SSD. Only wish it had a second M.2 slot.

This was a back to school gift for my grandson. He is on it everyday after school. So far no problems have come up. He loves it for gaming.

It is working perfectly, without any problem. I already installed all the programs that are required for my work as a teacher and it works very well

It's HP's budget Gamer but a solid all-around laptop for general use. Great performer at a budget price. Can't go wrong with this one.

Lightning speed and I love the backlit keyboard. It’s alot faster than my old one and easy transfer of all my data from the cloud.

It is fast and reliable for what i want it to do. Has great resolution. I added a extra memory, if that is what its called. Lol
