This was truly a great purchase that I'm highly impressed with.

I had an appt with the Geek Squad to set up my computer on Jan. 11th. The man never ever showed up. He insisted he set up my computer and he did not. I'm very disappointed that his supervisor didn't call me after I asked for them to call me. I belogned to the Geek Squad for almost 10yrs. & have never been treated like this before. Please answer me.

Can play many esports titles with ease the fans will ramp up so in a quiet room theyll be very loud

This little laptop is pretty nice, especially for the sale price it was going for when I got it, which was under 600$. It's nice for kind of medium/low gaming and really kills it for something like school or general use. I highly recommend upgrading the RAM to 16GB, which is not difficult to do or very expensive. Once you do that, this thing is a little beast, especially with the super fast WiFi and NVME SSD. The only thing holding it back is the graphics card, but for the price it's understandable. It's quite weak compared to the lower end 30 series GPUs and if you can afford to pay 200-300$ extra, I would say getting a laptop with at least a 3050ti would be a better investment. But for me, I needed it mainly for school, so it was a smart purchase for that. And while the GPU isn't a beast, it still runs every game I threw at it. Hogwarts Legacy I was able to get a solid 60fps with FSR medium-ish settings. Destiny 2 ran at 100fps with mostly low settings. Lighter titles like Overwatch run very well, even at high settings. And since this GPU is now the most popular one on Steam, we'll most likely see more and more games optimized to run on at least this GPU, so that's a bit of a bonus. All and all, if this laptop is under 600$ on a sale, it's a pretty good option, but DO NOT buy it at the normal price. 800$ is ridiculous in comparison to many other laptops that have better specs than this.
