I bought this computer hoping that it would be good for editing after watching reviews on it. This computer has many defaults. It is horrible for editing and has an extreme amount of lagging. The store is not accepting my return. Very dissatisfied.

Thing runs great until it stops connecting to wifi and then doesn't even give WiFi as an option in the network settings. I've reset it back to factory a few weeks after getting it and that fixed the issue and now it's doing it again. Only option it gives me is Ethernet! What's the point....

The product performs as advertised and even better! I use for work and the speed is great. The only downside is the weight.
But worth it in comparison to standard laptop. It is always stays cool and have no issues.

Had it for a few days, but im already very pleased with performance. Plays every game on high settings in my library. (Dead by Daylight, Sea of Thieves, GTA 5, Dark Souls 3 etc) I get 63 fps on dead by daylight. 59-60 on Sea of thieves, and similiar for orher titles! Worth it if you're coming from a cobsole like me. 1080p is still so good. Theres no glare on the screen, its crisp and sharp. I dont plan on leaving it unplugged often, but be expected to have low battery life like most gaming laptops. When you get the chance upgrade ram to 16gb, and youll really be sailing.

The product itself is solid. Certainly very fast, great gaming features. The battery life could be a little better. But all things being equal I would give this computer a solid B at worst.

It's okay. Refresh rate, response and use is very simple. Battery life is just the worst. Leave it plugged in though and its pretty decent.

One of the best laptop deals

Since I'm not going to be using the laptop for gaming I can't comment on that aspect but it's likely better than the average non gaming laptop. There was a lot of unnecessary software and apps that I removed right away and a plethora of updates that needed to be installed including BIOS update. I took the back cover off to discover that the second M2 hard drive slot is non existent, big disappointment there. There are 2 cooling fans which seems nice and quiet under normal usage. Screen has 2 refresh settings, 60.2 and 144. Back light on keyboard works well. Processing seems pretty quick and screen looks nice when playing video, no reflection and viewing angles are good. Overall I still feel like I got the best bang for the buck on a new laptop. Will upgrade memory and hard drive size in the future but absolutely meets my needs for the time being.

Bought this to work off of from home. It's pretty solid, I've only had a few issues thus far. Will randomly shut completely down. But aside from that, I don't have any issues out of it. I think the juice is worth the squeeze with this one.

Ive had this laptop for seven months in working order for 4 of them ive had to rma the laptop through dell on mulitple occasions first 2 times was for the m.2 ssd second time around it also managed to take out my bios 3rd time i had a memory module go bad dell has not yet turned down a rma request but its a lengthy process and even though i start support tickets explaining what ive troubleshooted and tell them the exact problem they want to go through a hour of diag before they will issue you a box to send it to the rma department this is typical a week or two turn around time from when you end chat to fet the computer back when you get the m.2 replaced you obviously loose all your data but they also create aaccount on your laptop instead of just leaving as a unsetup laptop im assuming for test but that should be cleared before it leaves thier facility pixels will randomly “go dead” then come back im assuming most if these problems come from the poor heat management and taking out whatever happens to be the weakest link first this laptop gets hot enougj to make it uncomfortable to use on your lap and has a hard time dissipating heat battery life isnt great but thats to be expected with a light weight “performance” laptop just keep a charger handy if you plan on doing any real work on it and dont keep anything that’s not backed up on it if you need something reliable quite or durable this is not for you
