I have found it is very comfortable to use, especially if it is being used for over an hour in one sitting. This is due to the implantation of groves on the right side of the mouse. These groves give your right ring finger and pinky finger a place to sit on the mouse. I have also found it quite durable as the mouse has been knocked off my desk a few times and shown almost no sign of damage, except for a small scuff on the lower right side.
