Jumpy Mouse, For Sure

Mostly they all have worked for me but this one is awful. Cursor jumps all over and scroll wheel does not control scrolling at all. Just can not use it. I bought two of these and I will try the other one to see if it is any better,

Cheap mouse

Its probably at 60% works first time, and 40% it takes two or more clicks to select something. I am going to buy another one the next time I am by the mall, and throw this one in the trash!
