I have been unable to get this mouse to work on my computer. When I plug it in to my Windows Vista system and turn it on, it does not plug-and-play; the device is not recognized. (The packaging says it is Vista-compatible.) When I went to the HP site to find a driver, a search told me a driver is not available. (Drivers are available for other models.) HP customer service is almost non-existent unless you pay, which I will not do for a mouse; the only other help available (other than a useless FAQ) is a community forum, on which the only response I got, from an HP rep, was a demeaning question about whether I'd plugged in the receiver and turned on the mouse. (I had; this is not my first wireless mouse.) Other devices plug-and-play on my computer, and I think it's unconscionable for HP to sell a product for which I can't download a driver. In addition, the mouse arrived in the mail with the packaging crushed (which I imagine is Best Buy's fault and/or the shippers').

Is what it is, cheap option for a mouse. I needed a backup at work and it does the job.

I received this item in time, but it stopped working after 30 days.

The Scroll wheel is not working. When i scroll the page with the scroll wheel it is misbehaving. I mean If i scroll down the page going opposite direction. I fed-up with this mouse while i am scrolling.

I purchased this mouse about a week ago because I saw it was on sale online. I went to the store and got it price matched. i was very excited as everyone had written great reviews. For the couple of times I used it, it was great. However, I just pulled my laptop and mouse out of my back pack, and the usb that connects it is broken!! Now, some of you might say well you were supposed to put it up within the mouse for safe keeping. I will say the mouse that i had before this (which i lost and then found again after purchasing this one) never had the usb put up and it never broke on me!! and i beat it up a lot. Pretty disappointed in this mouse :(

great size mouse. i like that its black and can run on just about any surface. although, to scroll up you must roll down and to scroll down you must roll up. it must have been a manufacturer's defect.

I purchased this mouse as a Deal of the Day to replace an older Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000. I figured it was cheap enough to use for now before I purchase a better one. Out of the box with the included battery, the cursor tended to stop quite often, no matter what surface I used it on. I swapped batteries, thinking the one might be low, and the same thing happened. Returning this mouse ASAP.

This Mouse was a waste of money. My computer read the USB but the actual mouse NEVER got a connection to the USB. TOTAL WASTE! Don't buy even for $1.00

The mouse feels like its made from cheap plastic, and to top it off it works like it feels. This mouse doesn't work on most surfaces , you have to struggle to move the mouse cursor around. It feels like your computer is slow.

Mouse seems fairly standard, but after a week's use, the wheel broke (when you move it, the screen goes haywire)! In hindsight, I'd spend a bit more on a mouse that's more durable.

It is not an optical mouse. It's a laser mouse. I returned it.
