This mouse did not work with my computer. I sent it back.

Bad product, very bad sensitive, glitchy mouse, don't buy!

Product never arrived. The tracking information not accurate and totally useless. Had to call customer service and visited the store for pick up.

It's a decent mouse. A little small for my hand though.

It was free with my purchase but it doesn’t work……

Straight out of the box, the scroll wheel worked but the optical scanner did not. Drivers are working fine, batteries are new; it just doesn't work with any computer. Tech said to just return it for replacement, but I couldn't do that without returning the laptop it was offered with, which I had picked up several days previously. Not worth the time to remove everything from the laptop, but in the process I learned this is not an uncommon problem. FYI in case you are shopping for one.

I ordered the laptop and then the mouse was free with the purchase but for delivery . I was checking on the delivery daily I had the correct address but somehow this mouse never got delivered to me even with the correct address and no help on figuring out how to get it but since it was free it was whatever then . But definitely would never order a item for delivery again

Very bad quality. I plugged it in once and when I tried to pull the part out that goes into the usb port it fell apart and left a portion of it inside. Wasn't expecting top quality for a free mouse, but at least one that lasts more than one use.

This came free with PC purchase. USB dongle was missing so no way to use. Didnt bother with it since it was free item and I already owned a mouse.

this was a gift with my laptop order, Best Buy cancelled my order due availability and they charged me the mouse. I returned because I didn't need it

The mouse did not come with a USB Bluetooth adapter that is required to connect it to a computer. Rendering the mouse unusable.

Didn't come with the USB stick so I pretty much received a little piece of plastic to through in the trash!

Not working from day one. Again if 8nwant to return i have to go to ups so not ggod

Probably is a great mouse but it was received without the USB to use it.

The mouse is easy to use. The only thing I don't care for is that the on/off button is very small, making it just a bit harder to use.

Plug and play! So easy to set up and use! Highly recomended!
