mouse was ok. I did not like the clicking wheel on the mouse.

my wife doesnot like the scrolling sound, a little flimsy

The on/off switch for this mouse is difficult to work. So what do I mean by this...it's hard to distinguish when the mouse is turned off or on - no prominent light when on, and the switch itself is flimsy. Also, it does not move/navigate with ease.

The mouse seems to loose its connection often I spent a little extra thinking it would be good but I use a cheep one in my work truck and it works much better. You don't always get what you pay for

Scroll does not work well, have to constantly pick up and move mouse to scroll down a page. When clicking the mouse, sounds cheap. Got tired of it and got a logitech M510 instead. Am thrilled with the logitech. After 2 months, Best Buy is not allowing me to return the HP mouse even though I bought it on line during Covid without seeing, holding or using it (had to use their contactless pickup). What a rip off!

mouse not very sensitive and overshoots often. as result, often have to move it several times back and forth to get cursor to settle on selected item to click on. annoying

I wasted $15 on this mouse that when it accidentally fell off a 18" coffee table, did not work again. Not very durable considering it was 5 days old...

This product lasted approximately 8 months before it quit. Not built very well.

It is a very attractive mouse that gives you an ease to hold. It comfortably fills and stays in your grip. However, it is a disaster because it does not meet the purpose. The pointer goes everywhere,except where you want it to go. It is all over the screes, whether you like it or not. Waste of money and sanity.

not the greatest. we bought the least expensive and that is what we got, very cheaply made next time will spend a little more for more sturdy unit

I have been having a difficult time connecting mouse to my lab top. Not sure if it’s me or the mouse.

the purchased is HP - X4000 Wireless Laser Mouse after using HP cheaper wireless laser mouse. Seems to be just as good as cheaper model

Flies all over the screen with very little ability to control and point and click. It freezes in place and it's very difficult to get it moving again and with very little accuracy. I threw it out and bought a different brand (cheaper) from another store. VERY disappointed.

Does not work very well at all Have to constantly shake it in order to work . The icon jumps around on it's own. .

Doesn’t have very good range and cuts out all the time and I’m only about 18 inches away from the receiver

This mouse is so bad I will probably soon buy another brand. A Best Buy employee recommended this HP mouse, but I find it very unresponsive on any type of surface. It hangs up and is slow and jumpy no matter how I adjust the settings.

I continually lost connection with this wireless mouse. I read several reviews (after I purchased unfortunately) that many others had the same problem with this model. Design defect? Not sure but had to return.
