The team suggested a different solution to my requirement for a new router . They said the product I originally picked would not meet my needs and installed a Google router which works fine. They were courteous and answered all of my questions.

Agent couldn’t solve my initial problem of slow internet speed but came back really quick with options in hand, which was very impressive. Had my new system up and running with a quickness with excellent speeds both ways.

The technician came out to install or wireless router and get all our devices hooked up to it. He did an excellent job with the installation and explained everything to us. Highly recommend the Geek Squad to everyone.

Our geek was on time and prepared to resolve our problem. He would have gotten a 5 star rating if he had better info from his client on the front end. Really did a great job managing his Boomer clients. I would highly recommend and I will use this service again.
