The product is not superior as I thought it would be. And it have problems that I'am going to take in for fixing.

This system has many nice features but to get a decent level from the surround sound speaker you must set the level at 60 or above. The output for the subwoofer is not good even set with the best bass settings. I have had powered subwoofers in the past and this is no comparison. Returning the product.

The digital display shows it is switching channels, and it switches the video channels successfully, but the audio is broken. It went out and stopped working at month 10. Looking up this issue online there is almost an uncountable number of this very same issue. Onkyo makes trash. It's cheap for a reason. Spend a few extra bucks and buy something that, oh I don't know, will even last a year.

Unit did not meet my expectations. I did not like the sound it produced. I returned the system.

I reviewed this product and knowing it was on clearance I took a chance on it. I was highly disappointed with this because it was too complicated, the instructions didn’t help me any, nor did it say it required a digital optical cord that was not included. The sound was horrible because we had to have it on the highest setting in order to even hear anything. So I returned the item. Very disappointed.

This system is balky,has no disk capability,set up is confusing and devise connections are jumbled

Cannot hear volume until halfway up the volume scale.

It's an easy setup, however, it doesn't have a great sound. It's mediocre at best.

I have had multiple issues in which no picture for Sat/Cab checked online to hard reset unit but it failed more and more until it no longer works. Nobody should ever buy this or any other Onkyo product.

i wish i can put a 0 star, i purchased the 1st home after i get it set up no sound was coming out from the speaker, returned it get another one same issue after 2 weeks of used. this is complete trash.

It's pretty cheap feeling unit, speakers are real cheap plastic. speaker wire it uses is a thin joke bringing a bad sounding music, don't buy unless it's 50 bucks

Died after one week. Employee at Best Buy told me that this model continues to break constantly. Would not recommend.

This is a substandard home theater system. If I could return it I would. I never use it, total waste of my money!

One day when I turned it on it did not project any sound. I have to send it in for repairs. Will update if fixable!

Subwoofer cracks and vibrates. We didn’t need other speakers but the subwoofer cracks and hums. It’s terrible
