Customers are saying

Customers love the HT S3910 5.1-Ch. Hi-Res 3D Home Theater Speaker System's sound quality, ease of use, and value for the price. Many found setup to be straightforward. However, some customers reported that the subwoofer could be improved and that the volume could be low at times. Overall, the positive feedback on sound and ease of use outweighs the concerns about the subwoofer and volume.

Not a bad HTiB (Home theater in the Box) for the price point. The amp was fairly straightforward to setup and the speakers seem like they are decent quality for the price point. Is this system going to blow your socks off? Probably not unless you're going from a basic soundbar or TV speakers then I think you'll be in for a pleasant surprise. If you have a fine ear for audio then you'll quickly hear the shortcomings from the supplied speakers in regards to clarity and loudness but for $350, you kind of get what you pay for. Would I recommend this product? It depends on the person and their personal tastes but for the most part I would. It's a nice setup for an aggressive price that is still leagues cheaper than piecing together your own amp/speaker package. I think I'll upgrade this sooner rather than later but for the most part I enjoy it. Solid buy for the price.

Pros 1. 4 HDMI inputs and a HDMI ACR output. 2. An optical out. 3. A passthrough HDMI encoder for computers. 4. 4K upscaled resolution. 5. 5.1 surround or 3.1.2 Dolby Atmos. 6. Supports DDL and DTS most formats. 7. Zone B for using another sound system. 8. A second subwoofer output. 9. Can use other speakers. 10. Sound quality and features are great for the price. Cons 1. Subwoofer is weak. You may want to upgrade to a powered subwoofer. 2. Satellite speakers are merely ok, again you may want to upgrade those eventually. 3. Weak output. I have to turn the volume up to 50 at least to get any decent sound and to be able to hear much of anything. 4. Speaker wire is a little short, you may want to get longer speaker wire for wire routing. 5. Learning curve for the setup and remote control can be tricky. 6. Dolby Atmos isn't worth it only being 3.1.2, it needs to be 5.1.2, you may want to opt for DTS X instead or just stick with 5.1 which still sounds great. For the price it's not bad, but if I have to do it all over again I would have bought a separate receiver and bought the speakers as I could afford them. I will be getting a powered subwoofer and better satellite speakers as I get more money so I can take advantage of the full power of the receiver.

Woke up in the morning and went to watch TV and the subwoofer was blown. I’ve only had the product for about two months. I’d recommend getting the warranty since I didn’t and now it’s a total loss. Sound quality is good though
