This phone was so easy to move to from old HTC. A couple of negatives. Size of letters on phone key pad and no removable memory card but does have plenty of storage space. The last software update made my Google calendar not sink with Google. A pain but fixable with hard reset. Overall though I have enjoyed this phone. I tried a Samsung but like the HTC much better. The HTC is more intuitive. No phone is perfect but this is pretty close.

I came to the HTC One from an HTC Evo 4G (original). Whoa, what a difference. This phone is sleek, stylish, and and has great features. It's fast, it takes great pictures and videos, and the Beats Audio quality is amazing.

Sound quality is awesome for music.... Phone switches automattically from 3g to 4g and to no service more with this phone than the evo i had. This could be because of sprint but service quality hasnt been good when before with different phone it was.

After a little over a month, I'm still impressed by this device. As far as I'm concerned, its by far the best device of 2013 so far, to my taste and needs at least. Looks amazing, works great...solid, stable, and FAST!

Overall the phone is good with decent call quality (better than my Samsung) and good sound. I have dropped my phone twice and the metal around one end has dented in a little. If you put it in a case it should be protected enough not to get damaged.

Battery lasts all day with moderate to heavy use when the power saver is on and you can't tell any difference in the function. Easily the best phone I've ever had

Overall a very good phone. Easy to use with some great features. Love the idea of not having to buy new accessories with every model update. As in Apple products.

The battery life really great, I don't need to charge the phone all the time. Full charge can hold more than 24 hours. I still prefer old HTC GUI.

My husband and nephew both have this phone and like the blink feed option to stay current. There are many different feeds you can choose based on your interests. It also has a pretty decent camera on it.

I bought the HTC One for my daughter who is 13. She loves the phone. The HTC One has good sound quality and amazing picture quality. Best pictures I've ever seen taken by a mobile phone camera.

The camera is great but the phone gets stuck and has crashed at least once and rebooted. It has frozen up as well. Not the best in my opinion and there is no memory card slot that I could find. Kind of a bummer as well

The look, size and feel of the phone is that of a well made and well designed piece of electronic equipment. The sound is out of this world with deep bass, volume lacks a little. But my overall opinion due to a pizs poor battery and forget about it if you want I_i-apps. I would have returned the phone to bestbuy within the 2 week trial, but we lost our Mom and everything else became secondary. MsMalphurs RIP.

Great phone. Was able to get while on sale for $100 plus $50 trade in bonus. The sound is the best out there. When on Wi-Fi and loading the same page vs the galaxy, beats it hands down.

The speakers in the front are phenomenal... the phone is great HTC sense has gotten better and better... there are still a few bugs but they seem to be getting fixed quickly! GO HTC!

HTC has done it again. Fantastic phone. Great picture quality using the camera. Easy to navigate around. Not really a fan of the home screen set up though. Phone is perfect in size.

Can't beat its functionality for the money. It does everything its competitors do and was $100 cheaper. Blazing fast, great image and call quality, easy to learn to use.
