Great sound from beats. Wish you could edit the live tile screen widget. Don't like the fact that the charge port is on the bottom, I prefer it on the side in order to stand it up while charging.

Love the front speakers, why has nobody thought of this yet? Takes good pictures. The phone is pretty user friendly. Not a fan of the BlinkFeed though.

Ultimately I ended up with the s4 but there are a few parts of the phone that I will miss dearly. The fit and finish was excellent along with the sound.

There were a few functions that I couldn't find in the book when I was setting it up. Overall, easy to use, great construction.

This phone has been great, its very responsive, the sound system is above any phone out at the moment. The camera and its features such are Zoe are amazing, There is so much I still have to learn what this phone can do. I came over from the HTC Evo LTE which was a good phone. The One though has so much more to offer in features its mind boggling. You will enjoy this phone.

Phone was nice, sound was great, operating system fairly easy to navigate, had an HTC EVO so transition was easy, battery replacement not an option so the phone went back.

This is the first phone I have never returned in the 15 period. And period that should tell you that its the real deal. Transistions thru menus flawless and the phone feel is like none other. Its actually very simple to use like the old 4G. So buy it you will be happy from a guy who returns phones all the time ! ENJOIY

This is a great phone for me because I don't do much on it but listen to music and use the internet. However, sprint's service degrades the phone. I recently upgraded the software as per the phone's request and now the phone doesn't work as good as it use to due to the upgrades. It seems as if the software updates "dumbed" down the phone. Needless to say, I will do a factory reset on it and use it as it was right out of the box.

The htc one has the best camera ever everyone that has seen my camera has loved it an they like how it works and so do I. It is the best phone I had yet so far

I stayed with HTC when changing phones because of the reviews I had read of the HTC One. The transition was fairly easy although some of the changes were not intuitive and it took a while to find functions like voice mail, which was aggravating. Now that I've used the HTC One for a few weeks, I am enjoying it and have only begun to use all the features.

Almost the perfect phone, the literal only issue I have with the phone is image quality while taking pictures, it may be an"ultra pixel"camera but that only really matters to the lighting of the picture not the detail.at heart the camera is still only a 4 mega pixel camera and should not expect better image quality that a 4 mega pixel camera has.everything else is top notch and 1080p video recording quality is flawless. I have used the s4 allot and I prefer the HTC one hands down.although the s4 did have as very nice camera

Thought the camera would be so-so. Images are great. Not really sold on the HTC Blink Feed. Set home page up to look like my Evo 4G's.

Fantastic phone. Major upgrade from my Photon 4g. Smooth transitions from multiple screens. Battery lasts on average 15hrs with use.

Cant seem to use the MAPS feature as well as my old phone. The wifi action always pops up. But great picture, seems like a mini tv

Good phone and pretty easy to start up with. Music is fantastic with the speaker. Camera is good but Need to learn a little more about it. Zoe is awesome.
