I have never LOVED a phone before, I LOVE THIS PHONE!!! I could leave that short and sweet, but I will say all the typical bells and whistles are there. What is superb is the sound quality of both the phone calls and most especially your music and movies. The photo options are amazing, this phone thinks for you and offers many cool ways to enhance your photos. Additionally, the case is remarkable. I don't usually drop my phone but have done so about 5 times since owning it, and nothing happened. Amazing!!

I came from an Samsung Galaxy S3 and was hoping into getting the new Galaxy S4. However, upon my visit to try new phones I stumbled upon the HTC one and was quite amazed by the style, weight, and features of the phone itself. As far at the HTC one the News Feed on my main home wallpaper is great considering I get to pick my topic interests. The Beats By Dre programmed inside make my music experience more pleasurable, even with downloading bad sound quality songs the phone still enhances the song itself.

This phone is amazing! The sound is great, the calls sound great, and the internet features work as advertised. I have not noticed Sense slowing down the applications on the phone as I have in previous HTC devices. This phone really is a flagship device.

I bought this to replace my HTC EVO which had so little memory I couldn't download most apps. The HTC One has lots of memory and has so many features and apps that they can be daunting to a casual user such as I. I'm really pleased with the quality of the camera too. I feel once I figure out how to actually utilize more of the phone's capabilities I will really enjoy this phone.

My first HTC One froze up on me within the first week. Sometime you just get one that doesn't work. I took it back Best buy gladly gave me another one and so far is been perfect. Get a case for it. The phone without a case is very light and looks so perfect you are afraid of even setting it down for fear of scuffing or hurting it. I'm sure it is durable but I'm not taking chances. I usually ha e to take it out of the case to show people how great it is. The HTC double dip case works best for it.

I like the size, the duel front speakers and the picture, the connection problems are a small inconvenience.

Best phone I've bought. Fast speeds, great picture quality, sound and features. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This is a great phone. I have just broken a eight year streak with blackberry and was a bit nervous about going to a touch screen. This was an excellent choice. Have had it for almost two months and have no regrets. Easy to use, easy to navigate, easy to type on, and is super fun to use. I get comments on it all the time. Would strongly recommend this phone to anyone in limbo with phones. liked this over the Samsung Galaxy 4 and Blackberry 10. Phone looks great and operates great too!

This is a great phone. Excellent design, has a great feel to it. The camera is great and shoots excellent pics at night.

Photos very good quality. Slim line makes it fit in pocket or purse.

Prob the best phone I have ever had, my old blackberry was the best. But the camera is WAY not what is was advertised, very blurry, NO zoom feature that is worth it. I take pictures of detailed Jewelry for work and this camera has been dissapointing. Also the phone is kinda hard to use. Not intuative enough for me, need a major tutorial. :-( but overall, because of the HTC blinkfeed, the aluminum case, the big screen, the Beats by the audio and several other things I love it, camera needs an attachment like SONY's new camera snap thing.

I have already told a friend and she bought two HTC ONE'S FROM A SPRINT STORE. I loved the company, and I believe in the product.. Its a great phone and loved the rich sound for beats audio, and the great angles to view video..Im a satisfied customer and loved the way HTC One performs hands down...Its a great phone, and my opinion is better than the iphone...The camera you can shoot like a sports photographer and the camera chooses the best image, that's incredible!

Overall I love it! I think it's totally worth the $. I wish it had a sd card holder b/c I couldn't get all my info off my old phone.

This is easily the best phone I've ever had. The aluminum case is great, but it does toe the line of being too large. I came from a Galaxy SII, and sort of miss Samsung's toggles in the notification area, but that's no biggie. Camera has great features, but the picture quality is middling. The sound and picture quality is amazing. I love the IR Blaster that you can use to control your TV with the intuitive TV app. The FM radio is great as well. Overall there are a few minuses, but they are far outweighed by the plusses.

I love this phone. It's super fast, and the picture/video quality is amazing. The speakers are the best I've heard on a smartphone, and it come's with a really good set up earbuds. The phone's Android operating system takes some getting used to, and this is coming from a past-EVO user. However, I learned pretty quick. This is a great buy, especially if you get if from Best Buy when it's on sale for &100.00. Also, the metal case really makes the phone stand out!

I plug the into my aux cable in my vehicle and the sound is great. The phone responds rapidly and no "crashes" like I constantly experienced with my Galaxy 2. Graphics are nice. The phone gets super hot and the battery life rapidly drains because the carrier I am with is lacking in service to my area and the phone works extra hard. I listen to music on my phone and I have to recharge it throughout the day.

It was a tough choice between the HTC one and Samsung S4. I like the build of this phone and I thought the sound quality was fantastic. The response speed is what I'm most impressed with. Older Android phones always seem to have some lag time. That didn't appear in Apple phones. Camera is also great. Very quick downloads and allows you to take rapid shots.

Very satisfied with my upgrade. The sound and picture quality are very good. The battery life was a good upgrade. I would like some options in regards to accessories though. Also, I do not like how the email is formatted. It does not allow you to organize your e-mails very well with the lack of folders. Another thing, when choosing pics to send, you can only pick one pic at a time, very time consuming.

Bought the HTC ONE in late January 2014 I love all the cool features it has but most of all love the sound quality of the Beat's app I use my phone at night when I'm at work to listen to all my music ..
