I went from HTC EVO to the HTC One 4G. I have noticed that I do experience dropped calls and dead space more often than I did with the EVO, but it is unclear at this time whether it is the phone or my network provider. Pictures taken with the camera are occasionally of poor quality. Even with frequent texting and app usage, the battery in this phone usually holds a charge for more than 12 hours (longer with less frequent use). Overall, I am satisfied with this phone.

I had a Samsung Galaxy s II and really liked it but the battery life sucked. I was ready for an upgrade and the sales man told me this phone was incredible and he was right. The battery life is great, I don't even have to charge on a daily basis or carry my charger with me.

I love this phone! I have been an Android user for a few years now and this phone is the best I've had. The sound is amazing with the Beats Audio. The Facebook feature is pretty neat too, I didn't even know about that when I bought it! It's easy to use and it's a perfect size.

Very pleased with the HTC ONE. The look & feel of the phone exceed expectations. The sound & picture quality are awesome. The home page is very interesting & useful when you are standing in line & you need something to captivate you.

My 10 month old Samsung Galaxy S3 stopped working. Sprint wanted $50 to replace it. I was due for an upgrade. Best Buy gave me $250 for my S3. Paid a total of $18 for my HTC One. Couldn't be happier, except for the battery. Sprint's website says the battery is good for 19 hours. HOGWASH!! I'm lucky to get from morning until night. I have to charge it during the day if I want to use it at night. Other than that, great phone. I love the speakers!

This phone is awesome. Feels great in your hand. Easy to use sound quality is nice.

This phone goes one step better that its predecessor the HTC 4G LTE. The reception is better, clearer and the screen is wonderful. The camera is also fantastic.

I have had this phone just over a month and LOVE it! It is fun to use. Camera is way better then I thought. Streams my Netflix as good as my kindle!!!! Don't have anything bad to say to date :)

I have owned many HTC products in the past and I have always been an Android fan and I must say this is the best one yet! I feel this device delivers in every aspect and I am very happy with my purchase thus far. Now, with that said if I had anything negative to say about it, it would be two things not having to do with the phone itself. First, the lack of case options which is to be expected for a new to the market product, im going to wait a little longer before I purchase a case to see what other products come out. Next, is the call quality although this my be the device I will say I feel it has to do more the Sprint network covrage available in my area, as I had similar issues before with previous devices. Bottom line is this phone is great and does everything I ask it to do. In my opinion, with Android devices such as the HTC One is see no reason to even look at an Apple phone.

I liked the phone, the pictures where great, the speed and easy to use. Until one day the alarm didn't go off, I took it off the charger, and it wouldn't power up. The store Best Buy wouldn't take it back Sprint wouldn't, fix it because I didn't buy the equipment replacement. I had to send it back to the manufacture at my expense. I am very disappointed in the in the service that I received from the store, in Rivergate. I stood in the store for 30- 45 minutes just to be told it was to late for them to do anything. This was a new phone which was purchased on January 2,.it should not have stop working 3 weeks later. I am very disappointed and will mostly not shop Best buy again

I love being able to use the phone with out needing to put on my reading glasses. It is by far the best, sharpest screen out there. I am actually enjoying the feeds that I have loading on the opening screen. Only frustration is after opening the lock screen it always opens to the text screen and I have to tap out to get to the app screen.

If you are into small phones, this is not for you... Or is it. I have enjoyed a small compact phone up until they could not allow me to text proficiently. This baby solved that issue and showed me what greater productivity is all about... And having a bigger screen has become a must for games while in the car on kid mode. Enjoy!

Phone is perfect with the exception of the carrier service. Everything you could ask for is right at your fingertips. Camera takes great pictures, even the forward facing Camera. Comes with good preloaded applications that are also useful.

The phone is great once you get rid of the HTC launcher. I just wish it was a little bit smaller. Not a big fan of this "bigger is better" phone trend that is going on. Good hardware and the OS isn't bad at all. It is lacking the ability to add memory or change out the battery. I hope the 32GBs going to be enough for the next 18 months.
