you really dont need a SD card , the HTC ONE comes with 32gb any way ..the phone is made of a super high Quality metal compound and is fit together extremely well , and if you text a lot this phone kills the iphone hands down .. the best phone i have ever had and will get another one no more iphones for me......

Hi I placed an order for a brand new phone and received an opened/used phone with used headphones. I ordered this phone as a gift and I am really disappointed.. Looks like I am not the only one got an opened HTC One M7, bad quality control :( And on top of that your customer care just refused to help.

The 2nd HTC phone that has made me more of a fan!!

My HTC quit taking a charge at less than a year old. It was under warranty so I contacted HTC. For a fee of $30 and a hold on my charge of $599 they were supposed to send a replacement overnight. It has now been 3 weeks and numerous phone calls and still no phone. I will stick with Apple from now on.

Excellent phone with great beats speakers and camera.

I am a previous , and probably future, iPhone user. I read wonderful things about this phone, and preferred the display size, and the look, to that of the iPhone, so when I renewed my contract, I switched from the iPhone to the HTC One. The phone is wonderful, except for the battery life. The charge on the battery lasted about 5 hours. I contacted BestBuy and was told to contact HTC. HTC had me re-calibrate the battery, dim the display, run the phone in safe mode etc. Now I get about 6 hours. The advertisement states that the phone has a talk time of Up to 18 hours for 3G Standby time: Up to 500 hours for 3G. The HTC rep on the phone told me that 6 hours is great for this phone, so there is nothing that can be done. I am totally dissatisfied, and will have to switch back to my old iPhone, until my contract expires. I'll see what's good at that time.

I have owned this phone for aprox 3 months. speaker has went out 3 times and I don't even listen to music on it. finish is wearing off. what a disappointment. does have great features and display to bad has quality issues. wouldn't recommend

This phone is horrible. the power button sinks into frame, sim card errors, poor construction. I have had droids prior n way way better. If you are with at&t stay away from the one just a head ach. If verizon then of course get an s4 or a droid. The one did nothing but disappoint except for the sound.
