good phone like i said too many features for me but it was an upgrade and the price was right. jump ot connection optimizer even when i am texting also turn off ring volume without notice so miss calls to trouble shoot need to turn on wifi

This is my 4th HTC Android phone and the best one ever. I have never had a problem with an HTC phone. The quality is the best on the market. Did not think twice about picking the HTC One over the Samsung 4.

Never had an HTC phone that hasn't been durable (since the EVO-4G). So far so good. Very few dropped calls. Good internet speed. Only concerned about long term batter life. Last 4G-LTE started fading after about 15-18 months...

I would definitely recommend this phone over an iPhone. If you live in a small town I would just suggest getting AT&T service verses Sprint. But I am happy with this phone! Android >>>>>iPhone

Dissapointed in the camera quality and how Ito operate it. Not an upgrade from the phone I already had htc evo lte

Great phone for everything. Games to music. I just wish there was a sd slot. I love those.

Good phone...kinda big and does stuff on it's own a lot...pretty hi tech...easy yet hard to use...kind of depends on what ur doing...gotta be easier than a Motorola though

I really like the phone. It's super sleek, has A LOT of features, and I get so many complements on it. The internet is crazy slow, but I don't know if that's a Sprint issue or the phone itself

Love this phone! This was an upgrade from the original Evo, what a difference. Haven't found anything bad about it yet.

I like this phone, great for music & video. Typing is a pain, I miss swype. Apps can kill the battery quickly & I hate that you can't pull out that battery. All other areas it's a good phone.

I've had my phone for a month now and I must say I'm a very happy owner, and would recommend this phone to anyone.

Good phone for the price, the best available phone in the market for people who got bored with Apple interface & Samsung cheap plastic phones.

This would be a good phone but does not compare to the other phones in its category. The sound quality was good but considering that it's the only thing this phone has going for it, it doesn't live up to the hype. My 4 year old Evo had better signal quality; I dropped calls with this phone that I never dropped on my Evo. I returned the phone and bought an LG G2. That is a phone that has different features that actually stand out from competetors.

Overall I am very pleased with the HTC one. Great screen, brightness, and battery life isn't bad. Wish both cameras had higher resolution.

This is my 3rd generation HTC phone I've owned. Love it!

I keep losing internet connection @ home & I have wireless internet also sometimes I can't connect when I'm out somewhere , also when I take self pictures the quality is terrible :-(

overall it is a great phone. we liked it so well my wife got one too. had trouble getting contacts transfered.

It is a good phone and has good things about it but the battery life could be better and the back of the phone scratches easily so you need to make sure you have a case on it.
