    I had never bought a phone from anyplace other than the phone store. The price looked good so I bought it. Within four days the phone was completely dead - on but wouldn't turn off or do anything. Best Buy couldn't fix it. Had to replace the phone. Didn't transfer contacts, etc. properly. Pretty much had to redo the whole phone - what a nightmare.

    This phone is JUST ok. It just turns itself off sometimes. The speakers are loud, but not PHENOMENALLY loud. Can't figure out how to add music. The apps stop frequently, especially ones you really need like...oh...I don't know...MAPS. I'm over Sprint. Too bad I'm stuck in a contract. As soon as I have $350 to blow, I'm out of their chain gang.
