Not happy by any means. I had the phone for 10 days. 2 days I was able to enjoy the phone hassle free. The other 8 days I spent more time than I care to mention at Best Buy having them fix it.

I have wait two month after my upgrade was due. I got HTC One the very first day it came out. It was very worth of wait. I waited for a long time before I write this review so I can provide a good point of view. In my past, I never own a cell phone with same brand more than once. I had HTC Evo for two years and two months. And I pick HTC One for the upgrade. I absolutely love this phone. The phone is very light and very well built metal case. It looks very sharp. I like the Blinkfeed feature. I can customize what information I want to show and I don't need to look for it. My company required me to put a passcode on the cellphone. HTC One provide some very important information without unlock the phone such as meeting notice, date time and weather information. The resolution of the screen is very amazing. It is very clear when I watch video. The processing speed of phone is very fast. It takes very little time to start the phone. Running the apps is very smooth which is much better than HTC Evo. Thanks to the quad speed processor. The stereo speaker produces very nice sound which is much better than any other smartphone. The Beat audio is very impressive. After I put the earphone in my ear, it feels like noise cancelling ear phone. I can really enjoy the music. The camera is very nice. It takes very good pictures. The battery life is much better. I can use my phone for an entire day without charging it. I usually just charge it at the end of day. I like to link my phone to 25GB dropbox so it automatically upload my picture to the dropbox. I can easily to get the picture on my PC's dropbox without doing anything. Which brings up a point. Some people complain about not have SD card for HTC One. With dropbox link and 32GB internal memory, why do you need SD card anyway. The phone itself and dropbox give you enough storage. Also one nice thing about reading an email. Once you get into one email, you can slide left or right to read other emails. You don't need to get out the email list and click on the other email to read it. HTC One also provides lots of useful Widgets which makes very easy to operate the phone. Just to protect your phone, don't forget to buy a case. At the end, I have to say Excellent Job HTC. Very nice phone. I would recommend anybody to buy the HTC One. You will not regret!!!

HTC One M7 is a pretty good phone that combines all the features of previous models. I previously had an HTC One X and it worked fine but had issues with the blutooth system. But it appears that they have cleared up these problems with this model. This HTC has a 4.7-inch touchscreen display with Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels. The phone looks well made and durable. I bought this phone because of the color and thin shape. The beats audio gives this an excellent sound. There are so many features. You can have more than 4 screens if needed for apps. Overall this phone is a very good phone and can compete with the Samsung Galaxy 4. I also love the size. It's not too big. My only issue is that with Sprint service I cannot get 4G only 3G. Which is a Sprint issue. So watching videos at times can be somewhat frustrating because there is no continuous play.

The HTC 1 was a well marketed phone, the size, and picture quality is awesome!!!... its very user friendly and has a good tune sound, thanks to the beats audio that comes pre-installed. This phone has all the bells and whistles, the main problem is that it doesn't hold a strong battery life,you not going to get the max battery life it promotes if you constantly use the phone. Every now and then the signal becomes extremely weak but you can blame that on sprint!!!....

I am a Phone GEEK. Have had about everything. Work in I.T. as a analyst. Previously had a Note 2 and loved everything except the size. Felt compelled to write a review due to others being soo negative regarding S4. I have switched now for about a week to the HTC ONE. I agree the phone is the best looking phone ever built. Looks like a Macbook build.Feels great in the hand. Other than that and the cool HTC sounds I love it does not compare to S4. Sorry but I have tried to like the ONE but I will be taking it back for S4. S4 has better battery and ability to remove, better interface with touchwiz, better resolution, better button access and ease of use, better camera, better support from Samsung for updates, latest jellybean, to name a few. I will also go on to say that yes Samsung has a plastic phone comparred to alluminum but it does not matter. I can tell you unless you are a rare few you will cover the ONE with a case anyway and take away the main attraction of the phone. So as for the Plastic Samsung that people just cant seem to quit talking about, it works. That is why people love the S3 soo much. So when you put a case on both phones you are left with the guts of the phone itself. I can tell you Samsung is much better. As for all the reviews that people are saying they vote for the One that is wrong. Every review I have read CNET, PC MAG, Youtube etc Samsung wins in the end. Lastly I will add if you drop the ONE without a case you are going to be replacing it.

I've had this phone for 4 days now came from the htc one x and both are fantastic phones from htc but this is much better. first of all you'll notice the beautiful and minimalistic build. it is definitely a premium build and any user will come to love it instantly. the display is very sharp and crisp so it is great for reading, playing and work with nice vibrant true to life colors that arent washed out and oversaturated like the amoled screens. combined with the amazing sound quality from the boomsound means a great experience whena watching videos. sound i sharp and crisp with great quaility even at max volume. camera is full of great features and is very easy to use and has great quality but it wont replace a dslr or high end point and shoot. it however makes a great spur of the moment camera. it may not have a micro sd card but the internal storage capacity is great and can be used with an otg cable and usb flash drive if extra storage is needed. i recommend this phone to anoyne who wants an android phone with high end specs but easy to use. sense 5 has a nice clean easy to use interface and its size makes it very easy to do everyday tasks. it would be a great phone for those switching from iphone since it is a tall and narrow device similar to the iPhone.

Great phone, very stylish. Screen is amazing. Feels amazing and lightweight versus my old phone. Back can be a bit slick to hold. New Blink home screen can take some getting used to but is a nice, new touch. Fast processor. True Iphone killer for sure!

I love this phone! I think I'm the average phone user. I make occasional calls, but mostly use my phone to text, post on social media sites, play games, GPS Navigation, and take photos. All of my friends, including Iphone 5 owners are jealous of the features and camera on this phone. HTC Zoe is one of the most innovative apps that's exclusively on the One. It's creates a video montage of "zoe" shots and photos you've taken that day so you could post them for friends and family to watch. This is by far the best phone on the market. I know there's that other phone, the Samsung S4 out there, but honestly, its not even worth mentioning next to the HTC One.

Coming from the Evo 3D I must say this phone blows that thing out of the water. I know the 3D is kinda a mid-range phone at this time but the difference between the too just blows me away. This phone is a beast all wrapped in a very light weight premium constructed package. Well done!

Best cell phone I have ever owned. Bought an Iphone5 and was lucky enough to find someone with the HTC One willing to trade. Man did I make out on this deal. Heavy internet, and text user, and battery lasts all day. Usually cannot wait for my upgrade, this time not even gonna use it when available. Great sound and superior headphones.

I upgraded from the LG optimus G to the One and am completely satisfied! This phone has everything I was looking for in a smart phone. From the design to the built quality to the performance, it's just a complete phone!!!! The phone color is definitely an eye catcher. The feature that I fell in love with immediately is the placement of the speakers. I no longer have to cuff my hand behind the phone to listen to a video!!!! The performance is amazing with no lag at all!!! Surfing through the internet is a breeze, even though I open pages in desktop versions! If you're in the market for a smart phone, consider getting the One as its the best of the year.

The HTC One is a phone with a large screen that provides excellent usage. While some Android purists dislike the Sense home screen, I enjoy the various newsfeeds but wish they were more customizable. The HTC One has everything a smart phone should: integrated email, contacts, time and weather on the home screen...the list is endless. The hardware is well built and is the right size for me for web browsing, emails, and the occasional Netflix show. As someone who came from the iPhone 4S and a Webos user before that, I find the Android operating system very unintuitive with too many steps to complete an action...but this has no bearing on the HTC One. I only note this if you are coming to this phone from an iPhone. Overall, the HTC One comes highly recommended.

Bought this phone yesterday, traded in my Samsung Infuse 4G that I have had for years. This HTC phone is Bomb. I love it. Its Amazinggggg :D The phone made me feel stupid yesterday LOL. I was trying to get the hang of it yesterday and play around with it, and it was Complicated. But its okay, I like a challenge. Messing around with an iphone, or my infuse 4G, or any other phone, it easy to navigate. But the HTC pulled a fast one on me. haha. The internet speed is awesome. The screen is fantastic. Oh and i like that I got it in Blue. Because Sprint.com just had it in silver,black, and red. Second day of having this phone right now, still figuring out where everything is. But It is Great overall.

I switched from Galaxy S3 to HTC One about 3 weeks ago, and I can’t be any happier about my choice. This HTC One is just breath-taking! I now just want to tell all the people around me – I am holding a HTC One! I had examined the Galaxy S4, but S4 is not anywhere near the beauty of HTC One. S4’s flashy look is only skin-deep, the longer you play with it, the more disappointed you will feel. S4 is a low-budget, innovation-lacking average phone. I am not planning to own a Samsung’s phone in the future.

I love this phone, just picked it up and I can't put it down. This is the best phone I've EVER had, I've told all my friends to get it. I don't usually do reviews but I had to do one for this phone. This is the best phone on the market, maybe the best phone coming out this year. It's just simply amazing and the way I was treated at Best Buy was world class. If you're thinking about picking this phone up just do it, It's just that good. AMAZING JOB HTC!!!

This is by far the best phone on the market. This is really a game changer for Sprint and HTC. You can use this phone as a T.V. remote and even stream your photos and music to your T.V with a flick of a finger. Your T.V. should be updated to do this though. It's a great phone and I'm satisfied with my purchase so far. I was going to cancel Sprint because 4g is not available here yet. But this makes the 3G 100% better and actually enjoyable to have. I'm satisfied with my purchase so far.

Had this phone for a few days now and it just blows the iPhone out of the water! I have had iPhone since 2010 and already use to this operating system! Text to swipe is amazing and super easy to use and very accurate! One caution is though when switching from an iPhone to this phone or any other phone for that matter, having a issue with friends texting me that have iPhones. If your Google it there's ways to stop this. It's not the phones issue it's a glitch from switching which is quite annoying.this phone is amazing!

This phone has everything you need in a phone and everything you need in a camera plus everything you need for music and a lot more. This is just a overall great phone.
